While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Custom Single Sign on for customer portals similar to Freshdesk Client portal

    We are a SaaS product company and use Zoho subscription to manage our clients subscription. My clients already have a login to my product that they use and have subscribed to.

    Enabling Client portal for customers is great but not usable in cases like ours as we cannot have our customers create another disjoint user credentials.

    Similar scenario to this we use Freshdesk for our support team to manage customer support request and tickets and freshdesk also has a Client portal which allows users to create new tickets, search for Knowledge base for possible solution and see update on all…

  2. Add a label on the subscription within the customer portal

    Currently if a customer has more than one of the same subscription product there is no way of identifying what that subscription relates to.

    If using this for say a hosting service here we would have the option to add a label / reference or say "Server Name" to the subscription.

    Being able to update this via Zapier would be amazing!

  3. Accept offline payment in hosted page

    Let customer create a subscription in hosted page and choose offline payment. They will receive an invoice and will be able choose how they want to pay.

  4. Control which recurring payments would not be emailed an invoiced

    A recurring credit card (online) transaction usually does NOT need an invoice sent out prior like a check payer (offline). So if we could have a simple button to turn on or off automatic invoicing this would solve the problem. I don't know many SAAS companies that send an invoice out 14 days earlier for automatic recurring credit card charge. But sending out an invoice early for a check payer is essential. One size does not fit all here. Allow us to control if an invoice goes out or not like Quickbooks does.

  8. Possibility to reactivated an expired trial

    Nowadays once a trial expires the only possibility that we have on Zoho Subscription is to make a real subscription.

    However, there a few times that make necessary to reactivate that subscription (That is common when we're trying to reach big companies).

    Zoho Books already do something exactly like that. If your trial has expired, the system offers the possibility extend that trial.

  9. Integrate with Zoho Books' Reporting Tags to break down revenues by ZS Product and Plan

    Zoho Books launched in July 2016 the reporting tags features, which enables to tag customers or invoices so that Revenues can be reported on a filter basis, by product line or location. This is ANALYTICAL ACCOUNTING, adding another layer instead of multiplying the number of accounts, which would be overwhelming.
    It would be great if we could define Reporting tags by Product and by Plan in Zoho Susbcriptions, so that we could get break down or filter revenues by Product and Plan in Zoho Books!

  12. Delay prorated invoices

    For addons that change relatively frequently, it would be great if we could just have the prorated amounts appear on the next invoice, instead of generating an invoice instantly.

    Hi there !

    Is there a way to communicate with chartmogul (https://chartmogul.com/) maybe over zapier or a direct integration.
    This tool is used for supervising business and make some reports for business angels and investors in companies.

  19. Do not allow duplicate email for portal signup for Customers

    The issue is if you create a customer with different name but same email then if you activate the customer's portal page then all of his previous record will be erased which can be fixed by using api in code but we are deeply concern because our sales team do not have technical knowledge much and we don't like to take risk too.
