If you have an idea for a new feature that you want to see in Zoho Subscriptions, then you've reached the right place.

Feel free to post your ideas, comments, or suggestions in this space.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

    should be able to see the support tickets raised by a customer if any, by clicking a link in the customer details.

  4. Integrate with Zoho Books' Reporting Tags to break down revenues by ZS Product and Plan

    Zoho Books launched in July 2016 the reporting tags features, which enables to tag customers or invoices so that Revenues can be reported on a filter basis, by product line or location. This is ANALYTICAL ACCOUNTING, adding another layer instead of multiplying the number of accounts, which would be overwhelming.
    It would be great if we could define Reporting tags by Product and by Plan in Zoho Susbcriptions, so that we could get break down or filter revenues by Product and Plan in Zoho Books!

  5. Quickbooks Online Integration with Zoho Subscription

    I would like to know if Zoho Subscription integrated with Quickbooks Online .

  6. Integration with Zoho inventory

    This would allow to manage subscriptions to specific product SKUs. This would be the best stack to manage a subscription box business or any use case where physical products are billed on a recurring basis

  8. Add Zoho Subscription integration on Integromat

    Integromat is a lot more powerful than Zapier and way cheaper.
    Please integrate Zoho Subscriptions (and your other apps) with Integromat so we can use it with this powerful automation tool.

    Hi,

    Now, You can directly create and edit a subscription in Zoho CRM without having to push them from Zoho Subscriptions. To setup integration with Zoho CRM, follow the steps given below,

    1. Login  to your Zoho CRM account and head to Settings > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho Finance Suite > Finance Modules > Edit > Enable Subscriptions and Recurring Billing option.
    2. Now Zoho Subscriptions tab will show up in Zoho CRM. Click ‘+ New Subscription’ button to create a new subscription.
    3. In Subscriptions list, click on the ‘Pencil’ icon to edit the particular subscription.

  10. Zoho CRM and Books Intergration

    I have Zoho Books Integrated with Zoho CRM. I would like to fully integrate with zoho subscription with Books and CRM at the same time.
    Currently it is integrated with CRM with Contacts and Accounts, But the data goes one way. can you make it that Zoho Subscriptions fully integrate with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM at the same time.

  13. Add ACH to WorldPay

    We would like to see you add ACH to the WorldPay gateway. This may require extending the WorldPay integration to Business (from Corporation) but we would want ACH added since we already have a relationship with WorldPay (rather than setting up another gateway like Forte)

    Integrate with Zoho Bookings to schedule bookings of resource and/or staff time for subscriptions, at the beginning of a subscription (eg, to perform setup tasks), each cycle (eg, to provide routine services for the subscription) and at the end/cancellation of a subscription.

  19. PandaDoc integration

    PandaDoc has dynamic proposal and online payment system. I want to be able to use them but I am tied to using Zoho Invoice and Subscriptions and they only integrate directly to Stripe. It would be nice to have PandaDoc integration so that a customer can pay for dynamically generated invoice from Zoho directly from the Proposal AND pay for a subscription from the same Proposal so that it appears they are submitting the transaction once.

  20. Custom function for Customer module

    The custom function option is not available for the Customer module.
    If I need to update field using custom function then it can't be done in Zoho Subscription
