  4. Allow separate 'setup fee' for Add-ons

    Allow a recurring-charge Add-on to also have a one-time setup fee. For example, if a base package allowed additional recurring services as add-ons, allow for the ability to charge the recurring rate AND a one-time setup fee at checkout.

  6. new date entry for date to send invoice separate from Subscription date.

    I need a separate entry for the date that the invoice should be sent. We send all invoices 60 days prior to the Subscription renewal date.

  7. Send email Notifocations from Product's email

    In Settings--Organization Profile, apart from the option "send email using one of the organizational email addresses" add the option to choose "send email from the product Notification email. Like this the sender for each product can be the email related to that particular product.

  9. Refresh List Button

    On all the different screens the "Refresh List" button is hidden in some drop down menu. It would be nice if there was an actual "Refresh List" button on the screen to refresh the Data. When both our Accountant and I are in the system and making changes some times we get confused because we click on something that the other has already taken care of but the screen still shows it as outstanding until we refresh. It happens on the Customer, Subscription, Invoice, and Credit Notes Screens. Simply refresh the page doesn't always refresh the Data because it has…

  10. Show Status of Failed Payments

    After a failed payment they system retries up to three times. If the transaction goes through on the retries there is no indication on the Payments Failure screen that anything has changed. It looks like we still have failed payments when in fact they have gone through on the retry. Some sort of status needs to be changed on both the Dashboard and on the Payments Failure Screen to indicate that those have gone through or in fact are still failed payments otherwise we have to click on each invoice and look to see if a successful payment has gone…

  11. Create sales order to be able to ship

    Would it be possible to have an option for a renewing subscription to make a sales order first and also make a invoice?

    This would allow us to ship out a product that is attached to a subscription.

  12. Amazon Pay Integration

    Please integrate with Amazon pay to allow Subscription, Books, and Invoice based companies to allow their customer to pay with Amazon Pay.

  14. Revenue impact from New and Renewals on Dashboard

    • Break out Net Revenue for the month into New and Renewals to gauge marketing impact on new sign-ups
    • Show % of Renewal Revenue = ₹ from renewals / ₹ from renewals due (how are we doing in customer retention)

  15. Subscriptions--Much more valuable to have one customer have multiple products, rather than having multiple customers who are the same person

    I do not like having multiple customers being the same person, but with multiple subscriptions. The whole point of Zoho One is to get all the data about a single individual in one place, and this confuses the whole thing.

  16. Universal Coupon Code that works for any plan in your business in subscriptions

    If I give a coupon code to someone, it is for a specific plan, whereas it would be more useful for me to give a code that can be used on ANY PLAN or SUBSCRIPTION. The reason is that I work off referrals. Once they see my other options they may require something different and i cannot go out giving multiple coupon codes thats ridiculous. Please Help

  18. Templates

    give us options of uploading our own templates for invoices, sales orders. As the available templates are so unprofessional and wrong combination of fonts... For example you could have used Arial font for dual languages as it supports Arabic and English.. The existing arabic font in list isn't the right font for English.

  19. Provide the means to delete multiple products at one time, rather than deleting individually.

    Cannot delete multiple products at one time. I must go to each product individually, edit, then delete it. This is a massive time consumer.

  20. Important notes on account opening

    Allow us to mark a note as important and have it pop up when accessing a customer's account.
