  1. Radius search

    Zip code radius search is a basic, standard feature in almost any ATS. When will this be added? This is a critical search feature for any recruiter, particularly when you have a large database of candidates.

  2. Zoho Recruit Feedback Forum Link

    A link to this feedback forum should be integrated within the Zoho Recruit software and should be clearly linked at the bottom of the Zoho Recruit Help (Support / Resources) pages, in the same manner in which it exists for Zoho Books. This feedback forum voting platform is awesome! Why are you guys making it difficult to find?

  3. Feedback to candidate that are in blackhole

    In candidate login candidate should be able to view status of his application. The workflow set in candidate recruit based on what fields can be made available to able to view. Also send a snap shot of latest status every week if he opts in. Most of the companies don't provide feedback and end up losing candidates. Also once the candidate is on job is manager gives feedback at the client site we should be able to easily pass on through candidate portal.   4. Records population to vendor portal

    How do we push more fields from the candidate record to vendor portal? We want to be able to populate most of the candidate module fields. This will help vendors gather more data before submitting. Also vendors are able to load only one document. We would like to have them load other documents as well. For example along with resume vendor should submit non compete agreement, right to represent and VISA copy for candidates with immigration after candidate provides consent to save that data

  5. Add number of reviews in bracket beside rating

    It is nice to see rating but it will be good if you can have based how many reviews is the rating given. For example one person might be rated once with 5 star and other person has 4 on 20 ratings. Here we had more touch points with the second person. so would help is rating said 4(20). Once you click on 20 it should take to reviews & Rating section. we should be able to sort by reviews.   6. Zoho Recruit / CRM integration is WEAK

    The integration between Zoho Recruit and CRM is very weak! The information that makes sense to integrate is the company contact record and the contact records for the individuals associated with said company. In addition to this, there should be a Zoho Recruit module within Zoho CRM, so that we can populate the basic details of a job so that the information will sync into Zoho Recruit.   7. Zoho Sign integration

    Zoho Sign should be integrated with Zoho Recruit by default. This should include Zoho Sign Templates being available to send directly from within Zoho Recruit. When the documents are signed, the completed version should automatically be stored within the Contact or Candidate record it was sent from. <-- This is a critical part of the integration being useful. This integration should exist at the 'Standard' $25/month level.
