Accept offline payment in hosted page
Let customer create a subscription in hosted page and choose offline payment. They will receive an invoice and will be able choose how they want to pay.

Customers should directly have the choice to choose Credit card OR ACH/SEPA transaction on the checkout page, however this is not yet possible, only AFTER I create an invoice for them and manually allow this form of payment, which totally kills the automatic workflow. Adding this choice for the customer will let me as an administrator allow the SEPA transaction, send them the invoice,and let them choose to go to the payment page. The ideal situation would be for the adminstrator to have a setting under payment gateways to allow SEPA and credit card payments for the customers immediately. Thanks.
