  1. Remove "via sender.zohosubscriptions.com" in the From Address (Sender Header)

    Can Zoho please correct the Sender Header, as companies cannot send emails to Clients this way. This is not just a Gmail, or Outlook issue, the header shows that way in Office365, and compromises the branding. This is a critical requirement, as the ultimate objective (i.e., effective customer interaction) is disturbed when the emails do not look personal between Client and Company. Otherwise, Zoho Subscriptions has great features and very purposeful account display. I really hope they correct this at the earliest.

  2. addon

    Include placeholders for Addons so that when a subscription is updated (e.g. an addon has been added or removed), the updated list of addons can be displayed in the 'Update Subscription' email.

  3. List all emails sent to customer

    I'd like a log to see every email that has been sent to a customer. It would just be a date-ordered list of links to a view with the content and attachments for each email that has been sent through Zoho.

    We've had a few customers that have not received the request for payment information emails, and I want to be able to reference the timestamp for those messages to help in troubleshooting.   4. Edit email notifications sent to admin users:

    It would be great if you could edit the content of the email that is generated automatically when a payment is succesfull.

    i wish to have:
    Product Name.
    Subscription Plan.

    Send email notifications using the same language specified in the client portal, whether or not the client portal is enabled.

  6. Add "Invoice Renewal Ahead" email that groups multiple subscriptions onto one email notification

    Currently the only available way to alert customers that their subscriptions are renewing is to select the "subscription renewal ahead" email. The problem with this is that if my business sells multiple products to our customers which all renew at the same time, the customer receives an email for each item which is really annoying for our customer who receive numerous items. I have one customer who receives 7 Subscription renewal ahead emails all on the same day!!
    I wish that there was a "Invoice Renewal Ahead" email that groups all of their subscriptions onto one email the same way…

  7. Portal invite add cc or bcc. Also add to Email Notification

    Add the option to add cc or bcc to client portal email invite. We have a few clients stating they never received it and theres no way to track it.
    There is currently no option in under Email Notifications.

  8. Allow the option of resending the New Subscription notification email if an email is bounced due to wrong email address being entered.

    If someone enters the wrong email address and the New Subscription email is bounced, there is currently no other way of sending resending this notification. We use this notification to provide information on our website t & c's so it is vital we can resend if it is bounced back for any reason.

  9. Send notification from different mails regarding the notification

    It would be great to have multiple choices in the "From" for email notification. For example: New notification notification sent from welcome@company.com, Problem in payment sent from accounting@company.com, etc

  12. Stop all email notifications for a specific customer

    I already know reminders can be stopped for a specific client but i am specifically asking for Email notifications how to stop that for a specific client keeping active the Email notification setting for rest of them.

  14. Need to Increase the Maximum Number of Contacts

    Need to increase the maximum number of contacts for any one account. There is an arbitrary threshold of contacts for accounts and it creates major difficulties as we have accounts that pay from over two dozen locations.

  15. Broadcasting Message

    Hi,

    As we are capturing the customer contact details like email and mobile number, it would be good if we can send broadcasting messages like in case of a downtime or any other common message that needs to be sent to all the customers.

    Option to broadcast messages over email and SMS (text message) would be great.

  17. Send email Notifocations from Product's email

    In Settings--Organization Profile, apart from the option "send email using one of the organizational email addresses" add the option to choose "send email from the product Notification email. Like this the sender for each product can be the email related to that particular product.
