          Hi Pankaj,

          We do not have this in our immediate plans for Zoho books but we would suggest you to take a look at Zoho Inventory. They have the display of stocks in the dashboard.

          This would be helpful for you. For the inventory value we would suggest you to take a look our inventory valuation report for now.

            Hi there.

            We have a workaround for your current scenario. We would suggest you to add the organisation address details in the attention content of the template. You can uncheck the organisation address option.

            This way you can customise it for each of your templates separately.

              We now have a Zoho Inventory Add on option for Zoho Books. You can take a look at that. You can achieve a lot of these features using Zoho Inventory.

              Regarding your requirements,

              1- You can use the backtracking option to achieve this in Zoho Inventory. https://www.zoho.com/in/inventory/kb/sales-order/so-back-order.html

              2- We have default shipping status based on the carrier in Zoho Inventory

              3- You can use the custom function feature to calculate the sales commission.

              4- sales profile and commission rate linked to different items – We currently do not have this option

              5 – search of the items should be enhanced – For queries on this you can send us an email at support@zohobooks.com

              6- We are working on item category in Zoho Inventory and will definitely update you.

                Hello Vijay,

                If the items are taxable, then it would be right to show the tax in Delivery Challan. Based on the support query you had raised with us, your scenario was based on taxable items.
                If you have any out of scope scenario with respect to Delivery Challan, please let us know, we can check the feasibility.

                Delivery Challans do not have Billing Address like Invoice and hence we do not have the option to copy the Billing Address.

                  You can go to the contact and click on the More option→ Email Contact → there will be an option to send the outstanding emails to the customer.

                    Hi Doug,

                    You can choose the option to categorise a transaction manually in the banking section and select category as customer payment. You can then choose to send a thank you not when you scroll down while categorising itself.

                    We currently do not have this option while matching it directly. You can use this as a workaround and we will update once this feature is implemented.

                        Currently, in price lists, you can round off the figure to the nearest whole number. Have you tried that option? Can you share with us a scenario which can further help us to identify the issue and understand what the exact requirements of your business are?

                                  - If the sales order is created within the finance modules in CRM, they will be pushed to Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.

                                  - We have initiated talks with ShipStation for integrating with Zoho Inventory.

                                  - Zoho Inventory has the functionality to track the shipments within the app itself (using AfterShip integration)

                                  - Zoho Inventory currently does not support UPS shipments from non-US regions. However, we are initiating talks to get the other regions supported as well.

                                    If you create an invoice, and later delete its record in the system, then the item level should automatically get updated in the software. Can you give it a try once more?
