  1. Option to select different template for Subscription and other invoices

    I use both Zoho books and Zoho Billing.

    I need multiple Invoice templates for different type of services.

    Further I want to make separate template default for Invoices raised from Zoho Billings and Zoho Books.

    currently i'm facing the problem of changing the default Invoice template many times.

  3. Add a New Payment Gateway

    I am from Namibia in Africa and we have limited support to payment gateways supported by Zoho. We have a local option called "Pay Today". Please add this to your list of supported payments gateways.

  4. Able to choose tax group in hosted payment page

    You can apply different tax groups when manually creating a subscription, this functionality should extend to the hosted payment pages.

  5. include custom fields in webhook response

    In the webhook responses, we are not getting custom fields added; am I missing something, or does this functionality not exist yet?

  6. New invoice status

    Hi all!
    It would be nice to implement some enhancements in invoice statuses. We disabled notifications for customers just to make sure that all invoices were generated properly but now all of them are marked as 'Sent'. After checking this, none of them have been sent actually so it's very confusing. Apart from that, at the moment there is no way to distinquish which invoices have been sent or not. Perhaps adding a new status, let's say "Generated" or "Not Sent" could be helpful in those cases.

  9. WiPay integration for the Caribbean

    Please allow add WiPay to your list of payment gateways. Within the Caribbean it is very difficult to effectively collect payments using the gateways that Zoho currently supports. An integration with WiPay will allow many businesses, such as ours, to just stick with one solution for all our services instead of having to mix & match with other platforms.

  10. Guys, need price to be either inclusive or exclusive of tax. I really cannot believe that this is not already featured. Obviously

    I really cannot believe that this is not already featured. Obviously an exclusive price does not look good on the subscription so we need to have the price inclusive of tax.

  11. delete or possibility to change empty image of addon (like image at plan)

    When use an addon it i will be mostly at the invoice. Now there is a empty image and the plans are with a choosen image. So, this is not very professional to the customer.

  12. rollover of unused metered billing

    I would like to be able to offer a subscription for a client to pay a fixed monthly price for a certain number of hours of work which if they exhaust will result in per hour metered billing but if they don't use the full quota in a month for it to roll over for up to two months

    In my primary use case it is unutilized hours but the requirement of roll over arises in South Africa for rolling over unused data bundles for two months as well

  13. UAE Local Payment Gateways Integration

    Kindly include major UAE local payment gateways like Network International, Telr, Payfort. These are more cost effective than paytabs and has more features, advatages than currently availabe gateways in zoho subscriptions.

  14. allow draft invoices to be created in subscriptions

    Please allow for the creation of draft invoices in Zoho subscriptions. Use case: Subscription creates draft invoice. Accounting dept. opens and reviews draft invoice, adds billable time from Zoho Projects, then sends Invoice with both subscription and billable time to customer.

  19. Remove expiration to hostedpage link

    Some users doesn't complete their purchase at the first time, I would like to have an option to remove the 1 hr expiration time for the Hostedpage links. It's that possible? Why the expiration time exists anyway?
