Associating Credit Card with future subscription in one place
Adding a subscription needs to have more flexibility and not require you to create it, then go back and edit it to get the credit card associated with the subscription.
Flexibility: I should be able to select my begin date when the subscription is in the middle of a cycle (e.g. back-date).
If collecting payment offline (e.g., invoice customer), I should be able to select what dates I want the billing cycle to be like 20 days prior to due date while still being able to collect credit card payments on other customer on their subscription date.

Selecting Billing Date/Grouping
Both these options are excellent at the customer level. Selecting it as an overall preference is too restricting. I want to group invoices for some customers who have multiple subscriptions paid at one time, but not for others who process their payments by location. Invoicing billing dates need to be prior to subscription anniversary date where credit card billing dates are on (or near) the anniversary date.

ACH tracking
Show the status of each and every ACH transaction within the Customer tab.
The duration for processing is too long and the inability to know the outcome unless or until the entire process gets done is too far and having to manually go into my payment gateway account to check the status is rather cumbersome.3 votes -

Display the subscription description in the customer view
We should be able to see the description added to a subscription when viewing a customer. When a customer has multiple subscription on 1 plan it's really hard to find the right subscription to edit/cancel.

The application which we have released is the first version and we will make sure to update it periodically. For now, it has almost the most used features like Reports, Notifications and Settings.

Need to Increase the Maximum Number of Contacts
Need to increase the maximum number of contacts for any one account. There is an arbitrary threshold of contacts for accounts and it creates major difficulties as we have accounts that pay from over two dozen locations.

I'd like to see the ability of the admin to print reports of the subscribers in the various subscription products and plans.
For example, in our ecosystem, all the users in Plan 1, we'd like to have a report that lists all of these users with the following fields ... NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER, $$BALANCE.

Add more than one coupon to each subscription
Each time we add a coupon, it removes the option to add more. Sometimes customers are able to redeem more than one coupon over the lifespan of their subscription, such as referring a customer to us and meeting whatever other criteria we set. We currently now have to create a new coupon specific to each customer for this sort of thing. We really should be able to add more than one coupon to each subscription.

Delete, Hide or Modify Cancelled Subscriptions
Hi there,
some sugesstions:
- It would be really useful for cancelled subsciptions to be hidden or have the functionality to be removed.
2 If a cancelled subscription could be reactivated at a later date and you could amend the payment information.
- If you could also enable a override skip billing month and admin users have the functionality to override with a note that would also be helpful.

Customizable Dunning Settings
Dunning settings (how many emails and re-attempts) should be customizable and give more options. We use another service right now, and find that our success rate with certain clients was much higher if we extended our dunning process longer (ie. people out of town or traveling).

Add multiple subscriptions and add-ons at once
We need to be able to create multiple subscriptions and add-ons at once so the first invoice cycle is not all sent with multiple invoices. If a customer signs up for 2 subscriptions and 4 add-ons, we need to be able to add them all at once via the API and via the GUI.

Show Overdue Balance on Invoices
If a customer doesn't pay their bill one month, that overdue balance on their account is not displayed on the next month's invoice. This seems like a "must have" for a subscription billing platform.
