should be able to see the support tickets raised by a customer if any, by clicking a link in the customer details.
This would be an amazing feature - very helpful for managing customer happiness. At the very least, a sync between Subscriptions and Support would be very nice even if it simply synced "contacts" between the two, so that at least the client information was always the same between the two.

The overall concept is to be able to see a ticket history in Subscriptions when viewing the customer. Then clicking on a ticket would open it in a new tab in Support so that it can be handled. A "Create Support Ticket" might be helpful too!
