  1. New subscription webhook should be triggered for backdated subscriptions.

    Whenever a backdated subscription is created, new subscription webhook event should be triggered.

  2. customer custom fields returned in Get List endpoint

    the API / Customer / GETLIST endpoint return does not contain Customer Fields.

    with the API as of right now (8/11/2016) if i want to get custom fields for my Customers, i must:

    1) get a list of all customers
    2) loop through the list and call a GET on each individual Customer

    this requires alot of API calls and will quickly use up all of our API credits.

    this is a really big concern with the API call limits.

  5. Add access to all credit notes via the Zoho Subscriptions API

    In a sense, credit notes are the 'opposite' of invoices. One is money we owe to others, the other is money that others owe us.

    So there should be a similar symmetry in the API.

    At present I can get a list of invoices from the API (and if I use the sneaky undocumented feature I can even get invoices in a date range).

    But I can only get a credit note if I know its ID. Which of course, I don't.

    Please add the ability to extract credit notes via the API, with an optional date range filter.

  6. Return one-time addons in the New Subscription webhook return

    Currently one-time addons are not in the payload returned by the New Subscription webhook. This affects the Zapier Zoho Subscriptions application, as you can only get information on recurring addons, not single addons.

    I am aware you can get the information from the Invoice Notifications webhook payload, but even if you select this checkbox in ZS when creating the webhook for the Zapier app, the data is listed differently in this payload so it does not come through in the return. The Zapier app is mapped to return the addons array, not the invoice_items array.

  7. More customization options in HostedPages via API

    I would love to be able to set some template options for the hosted pages from the created hosted page api. For example, set a logo image url, title, colors. etc

  9. Filter on custom fields in the subscriptions and invoice objects

    We use custom fields to tag subscriptions and invoices to fit our workflow. Right now, without the ability to search based on those fields, I am having get full lists and iterate over them to find what I am looking for.

  10. Report module access via API

    Access various report statistic (like what we have on Report page) via API call. This is useful for measuring business KPI and integrated with other business tool.

  14. Invoice list - invoice object should contain total price without VAT

    In API for retrieving all invoices at once, there's attribute total. However this value includes VAT. Can you please add another attribute which will show price without VAT? Ohterwise we need to ask for each invoice separately as there is this attribute bcysubtotal and thus calling to many API calls. Thx

  15. I would like to be able to query the API by customer and subscription at the same time

    Currently we can query the API for what I customer subscribes to but I would like to add the parameter of the subscription ID so that I do not need to loop through subscriptions to match on the one I am interested in.

  18. Plug in for Joomal and Wordpress sites

    There is no powerful subscription management service for Joomla and maybe Wordpress that can deal with subscription services with the reliability a large user base needs.
    We use one now that is a saas integrated into Joomla and it works OK, not great but far better than any standalone system.
    I use your invoicing system and see how the full features of the subscription manager would work very well ....

    Would like the ability to create custom fields for products so that we can display a custom image for each product so that they are easily identifiable.
