Customers being able to subscribe multiple products and also ad-ons during checkout + also having an ability in customer portal for customers to upgrade / downgrade / change subscription and add ideally should have been a basic feature. This is one of reasons we are exploring alternate subscription options though worried about migration. Pls suggest if any roadmap exists

This suggestion has been open since 2015 and it still has not happened. It's scary to know that Zoho is wanting to create products for so many things that they are only giving the products the bare minimum to get people to subscribe. However, if you want big clientele these things need to get added and request need to be taken more seriously.

Just hit this issue and its 2020 so doubt very much it will happen, any updateZoHo?

I am having the same issue trying to add duplicate addo-ons to the same subscription. The error message I receive is "Few addons are mentioned more than once in the subscription".

I was told to add a request here, but seems this request was opened almost 5 years ago!
This should be a simple fix: add a setting to override duplicate add-ons.
Changing the quantity of the add-on does not work for us as we use tiered package, and changing the quantity there would confuse our customers and internal auditors. We shouldn't have to create multiple add-ons of the same item or create multiple subscriptions to manage our billing.

Since 2015 there's been no update from Zoho on this feature request yet. You'd think any invoice/subscription software would have this functionality by default. Anyway, it's imperative that I'm able to add multiple plans of multiple products and addons to one subscription. Better that way than sending 5 different invoices to a single customer one day for different services... NOT professional at all!

I'm shocked that zoho only allows a customer to make 1 subscription! I run a cable company , people subscribe to at least 3 things on average be it channel packages or internet. 1 thing never happens . Why limit a customers purchase in any industry tho!? This seems really silly

Agree. we need to implement multiple subscriptions based on the amount of credits allotment to the subscribers, problem encountered is that there is not option to renew subscription when the credit allotment consumed at the any day within the subscription of a particular month

I agree to be able to add more than one plan and/or addon in one go simplifies the process of a subscription and invoice.

We need multiple plans on the hosted pages so clients can sign up to them at once. Not having that is forcing us to handle suscriptions manually. Big mess :(

Any updates on this request? It has a lot of votes. Is there a customer program way to do this, until a built in feature is added?

Yes, being able to add several add-ons at once would be very useful.
