Customizable Dunning Settings
Dunning settings (how many emails and re-attempts) should be customizable and give more options. We use another service right now, and find that our success rate with certain clients was much higher if we extended our dunning process longer (ie. people out of town or traveling).

Yes, and the ability to stop a dunning for select customer/s vs disabling the entire retry setting
