Billing by % used
We bill by volume. We have a menu system, so if a customer bills up to 10K through our menu, we take 5% of their sales. If they bill over 10K, we take 10% of their sales,

Integrate with Zoho Books' Reporting Tags to break down revenues by ZS Product and Plan
Zoho Books launched in July 2016 the reporting tags features, which enables to tag customers or invoices so that Revenues can be reported on a filter basis, by product line or location. This is ANALYTICAL ACCOUNTING, adding another layer instead of multiplying the number of accounts, which would be overwhelming.
It would be great if we could define Reporting tags by Product and by Plan in Zoho Susbcriptions, so that we could get break down or filter revenues by Product and Plan in Zoho Books!22 votes -

It would be helpful if you could simply display a list of customers with current subscriptions, cancelled subscriptions, not current subscription but had one that expired, etc. The current ability to see customers is very restrictive.

It sure would be nice to be able to see all products on reports at the same time
It would be good if you could see multiple products on the same chart. Very limited reporting. If you have 5 products, I would want to see each product on many of the charts broken out and displayed by a different color.

Zoho CRM and Books Intergration
I have Zoho Books Integrated with Zoho CRM. I would like to fully integrate with zoho subscription with Books and CRM at the same time.
Currently it is integrated with CRM with Contacts and Accounts, But the data goes one way. can you make it that Zoho Subscriptions fully integrate with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM at the same time.5 votes -
Service Time SCHEDULING
Should be able to create the time at which the service is provided and associate the customer to the time.
For Example
In a Music School if Guitar classes are provided on Monday 4pm and Tuesday 5pm the customer can chose which time to go for the classes. and the school can check who come at what time and how many students come at a particular time slot3 votes -

Would be nice to run promotions that discount setup fees for some users with coupons or to discount multiple months subscription fees.

Select which plans can be combined onto one invoice and which ones stay seperate
Instead of being restricted to an all-or-nothing scenario with combining plans onto one invoice. It would be great if we could pick which plans can be combined onto one invoice and which plans must stay separate - the same way you can delegate which plans the add-on can be applied.

Multiple Revenue Accounts
Hi! We are a SaaS company, but we do sell professional services with our products. We have been using Z-S since it came out and are big fan! We also use Zoho Books.
When we setup a new plan, it asks for a revenue account (GL account). What we need is a way for us to separate setup fees on plans into a different GL account than the recurring fees.
The reason for this is software companies generally separate their one-time services from the recurring ones, such as licensing from implementation fees.
If a separate revenue account can't be added…

We provide monthly subscriptions with free trials. It would be nice if the email address was validated so users cannot register with same email more than once.

Apply Excess payment to Offline subscription option is present in the organization level. Need this at the customer level also.

Possibility to reactivated an expired trial
Nowadays once a trial expires the only possibility that we have on Zoho Subscription is to make a real subscription.
However, there a few times that make necessary to reactivate that subscription (That is common when we're trying to reach big companies).
Zoho Books already do something exactly like that. If your trial has expired, the system offers the possibility extend that trial.
Could you please consider that? ;)
