  2. Free Trial Without Credit Card

    Zoho Subscriptions should allow for trial subscriptions to be setup separately at $0 and should not require a credit card for activation.

  3. External ID field on the Customer object

    because the Custom Fields array is not populated on a GetList API call (returns null and a seperate API call is required to get Custom Fields) it would be very helpful to have a field on the Customer object for an External ID.

    this would mitigate the need for a Custom Field to hold this data and the API would return this value when getting a List of Customers.

    Integrate all Zoho customer portals together so client can access there information from support, inventory, subscriptions, books etc. from one location.

  6. Add custom fields to product creation

    Would like the ability to create custom fields for products so that we can display a custom image for each product so that they are easily identifiable.

    Now, Zoho Subscriptions allows you to automatically fetch the exchange rates for all the currencies that you have been added in your organisation. Follow the steps to enable this feature:
    1. Click on the Gear icon on the top right corner and go to the Currencies section.
    2. Click on the Enable exchange rate feeds button to enable this feature.
    3. Confirm your action by clicking on OK button in the pop-up that follows.
    4. Now whenever you create a transaction for an overseas customers with different currency, exchange rate will be automatically fetched and applied.
    If you wish to disable this feature at point of time, go to the currencies section again and click on the Disable exchange rate feeds button. If you have any queries, kindly drop us mail to support[at]zohosubscriptions.com

  11. Allow for more than one plan per subscription

    Allow more than one plan per/subscription. Very important for organizations that have more than one licensing component, and do not want their customers getting multiple invoices.

  12. Report on add-ons

    Report on Add-ons.

    Need a report listing all subscribed Add-ons.
    We need to know whom are subscribing to each add-on, and how many are subscribing to each add-on.

    Now, Zoho Subscriptions supports Sales by Addon report. This report will give you a comprehensive statistics of the add-ons sold count and total sales. To generate this reports,
    1. Navigate to Reports section and click on Sales > Sales by Addon.
    2. You can also click on the respective add-on to get the detailed customer information who has subscribed to the add-on.

  13. Show usual price and pro-rated price when using fixed billing dates

    Right now the customer will only see the pro-rated price when they sign themselves up for service if a fixed billing date is used. This means that the 'hosted page' doesn't indicate to the customer what their monthly charge will be. A workaround is to contextualize the 'hosted page' on our website but its a bit messy.

  15. "Right To Left" Document Templates

    Add a feature to the general template set up that will convert the template to a Right To Left documents.
    This will allow the use of Zoho Subscription in RTL languages.

  16. Make dashboard customizable

    It would be fantastic to make the dashboard graph of activations vs cancelations customizable. For instance, add reactivations. expired subscriptions.

  17. New subscription webhook should be triggered for backdated subscriptions.

  19. Associate Email Templates to Specific Plans

    We have the need to customize and associate different email templates to specific Plans (not Products) which of course have different terms -- we find our customers at times get confused with "this info OR that info applies, depending on your plan option listed above..."

    We think this could be best implemented as an 'override' to the default template associated for that product, which would not disturb anyone's existing configurations.

    Along the same lines, if it isn't pushing it, associating override email templates to Add-Ons in addition to Plans wouldn't hurt either...

    As a work-around we considered separating these Plans…

  20. List all emails sent to customer

    I'd like a log to see every email that has been sent to a customer. It would just be a date-ordered list of links to a view with the content and attachments for each email that has been sent through Zoho.

    We've had a few customers that have not received the request for payment information emails, and I want to be able to reference the timestamp for those messages to help in troubleshooting.
