  1. duplicate email vaidation

    We provide monthly subscriptions with free trials. It would be nice if the email address was validated so users cannot register with same email more than once.

  2. Group invoices by Products and/or Customers

    The ability to group invoices on a Product level and/or customer level instead of an all-or-nothing setting.

  4. customers

    It would be helpful if you could simply display a list of customers with current subscriptions, cancelled subscriptions, not current subscription but had one that expired, etc. The current ability to see customers is very restrictive.

  5. It sure would be nice to be able to see all products on reports at the same time

    It would be good if you could see multiple products on the same chart. Very limited reporting. If you have 5 products, I would want to see each product on many of the charts broken out and displayed by a different color.

  6. Apply Excess payment to Offline subscription(Customer Level)

    Apply Excess payment to Offline subscription option is present in the organization level. Need this at the customer level also.

  7. Service Time SCHEDULING

    Should be able to create the time at which the service is provided and associate the customer to the time.
    For Example
    In a Music School if Guitar classes are provided on Monday 4pm and Tuesday 5pm the customer can chose which time to go for the classes. and the school can check who come at what time and how many students come at a particular time slot

  8. Select which plans can be combined onto one invoice and which ones stay seperate

    Instead of being restricted to an all-or-nothing scenario with combining plans onto one invoice. It would be great if we could pick which plans can be combined onto one invoice and which plans must stay separate - the same way you can delegate which plans the add-on can be applied.

  12. Need Year end tax letter automatically generated for each customer in soho subscriptions.

    Being a non-profit org, We need to send tax letter to our subscribers every year. We need functionality in zoho to automatically generate the tax letters and be available for the subscribers to download in their portal account.

  13. Minimum Quantity number setting

    I would like to be able to set minimum quantity number in the checkout hosted page. Customer can put more units but not less then minimum.

  14. Product Specific Terms of Service URLs

    I believe the Terms of Service URL should be product or plan specific. If you are selling multiple products, they often have different Terms of Service, especially in the SaaS business.

    I know you can add this to the invoice, but terms of service are normally applicable to be agreed to before they sign up.

    A Value add would be to be able to apply them to be Customer Specific

  15. Reports

    Ability to run reports on cancellations for trials (if someone signs up for a free trial and cancels during the trial period you cannot run reports on that) only cancels on customers once they become active. It would be great if you can run a report on cancellations vs sign ups before they become active. (granted you do not want this to effect your active customer cancels (MRR, LTV, Churn, Etc). So it should be a separate report you can run that doesn't effect the existing metrics you have in place already. But if you have 100 free trial sign…

  16. Paid trials

    There should be a way to offer a low-priced trial period rather than just a free trial. For instance, $5 for the first 6 months, then $20 yearly after that (naturally all the variables need to be configurable.)

  18. $1 authentication to check bad credit cards

    If customers have to pay $1 to sign up from hosted pages. This will stop people from signing up with bad cards (bad as that they have no funds whatsoever like a prepaid disposable card) who use bad cards just to get the service for free for 15 days (trial period)

  19. Improve changing plan frequency when an invoice is due

    Let’s say a customer has subscribed to a 12 month plan. They are due to pay every year on the 3rd March. It has been a year since they signed up so they are sent an invoice for $200 to renew.

    If on the 6th March the customer decides to change to monthly billing and pay $20 per month before paying the due invoice, Zoho seems to handle it in a strange way.

    Here’s what happens:

    - Zoho creates an invoice of $20
    - Zoho credits the customer $200 
    - Zoho applies the credit to the $20 invoice
