Reports
Ability to run reports on cancellations for trials (if someone signs up for a free trial and cancels during the trial period you cannot run reports on that) only cancels on customers once they become active. It would be great if you can run a report on cancellations vs sign ups before they become active. (granted you do not want this to effect your active customer cancels (MRR, LTV, Churn, Etc). So it should be a separate report you can run that doesn't effect the existing metrics you have in place already. But if you have 100 free trial sign ups and you cancel 20 of them before the trial is over there is no reporting available for that. So we'd just like to be able to run reports for what happens to all customers that sign up so that we don't have to do it manually. Thanks!
