ACH Payments for PayPal
Authorize is great for Credit Cards, but puts a 5 to 7 business day hold on ACH (aka e checks). This means that ACH payments take about 2 weeks to clear. Before we integrated with Zoho Subscriptions, we used PayPal for e checks and it only took 3-5 days total. That is about 1/3 the time it takes for Authorize. We are owned by a publicaly traded company and have excellent multi year record with Authorize, but stil they are unable to reduce the hold time to less than 7 days, though I have requested it more than once. Create subscriptions from CRM
Create a subscription from Zoho CRM interface.

Now, You can directly create and edit a subscription in Zoho CRM without having to push them from Zoho Subscriptions. To setup integration with Zoho CRM, follow the steps given below,
1. Login to your Zoho CRM account and head to Settings > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho Finance Suite > Finance Modules > Edit > Enable Subscriptions and Recurring Billing option.
2. Now Zoho Subscriptions tab will show up in Zoho CRM. Click ‘+ New Subscription’ button to create a new subscription.
3. In Subscriptions list, click on the ‘Pencil’ icon to edit the particular subscription.If you have any further queries, kindly drop us mail to support[at]zohosubscriptions.com

When adding a yearly add-on to a monthly plan bill the add-on at the yearly value, once per year
I bill customers monthly x$ per plan and $y, $x for some addons, however certain addons are yearly (e.g. the renewal of a domain name) this is an add-on that only needs to repeat yearly - it would be great if that add on showed up at its full value in the month it was added and then again 12 months later (not at the full price / 12 each month)

Broadcasting Message
Hi,
As we are capturing the customer contact details like email and mobile number, it would be good if we can send broadcasting messages like in case of a downtime or any other common message that needs to be sent to all the customers.
Option to broadcast messages over email and SMS (text message) would be great.

Add an option to enable portal automatically every time a new subscription is created for a customer. We convert our customers (monthly recurring subscriptions) from Zoho CRM, not a website API. The only way to enable the client portal today is manually for every customer. this is too cumbersome and prone to human error (forgetting).

Option to not send an invoice in advance
Many of our customers don't want an invoice sent before their card is automatically charged. We also don't want to send invoices in advance for certain types of plans. Would be nice to have a checkbox when setting up a plan or subscription to make this optional.

Provide ability to modify subscription then regenerate invoice
It would be great to have the ability to update the addons and usage after an invoice is generated at the start of the new term (say as a result of a mistake or failure of the usage collector that was meant to call the ZOHO API) and then have the invoice regenerated (replacing the old one) and if required (as if invoice already paid) an adjustment charged billed or credit note applied to the account

A timed % discount coupon attached to a plan that decreases based on time.. This would help to incentivise clients on 30 day free trial to sign-up to our SaaS..Example: Client in a free trial is shown that if they subscribe in next 20 days they receive 20% discount.. When we start on day 21 that discount changes to 10%

Multiple Revenue Accounts
Hi! We are a SaaS company, but we do sell professional services with our products. We have been using Z-S since it came out and are big fan! We also use Zoho Books.
When we setup a new plan, it asks for a revenue account (GL account). What we need is a way for us to separate setup fees on plans into a different GL account than the recurring fees.
The reason for this is software companies generally separate their one-time services from the recurring ones, such as licensing from implementation fees.

Billing by % used
We bill by volume. We have a menu system, so if a customer bills up to 10K through our menu, we take 5% of their sales. If they bill over 10K, we take 10% of their sales,
