Change plans
In the customer portal, the customer should be able to view all the available plan and then switch from the existing plan to other plan.
Say there is Silver, Gold Platinum plans and a customer is a subscriber of Gold plan, then on the Change plan page, show all the available plan with the customers subscribed plan i.e. Gold plan selected. The customer selects the other plan and clicks submits, on confirmation switch the customer to other plan calling the Upgrade/Downgrade API in the Subscription system.4 votes -
Additional SEPA input field in addition to BIC and Bank account number
Currently our customers in Europe have to enter Bank Account number and Bank number to use goCardless.
Go Cardless accepts however the input of a single SEPA number - which is the main way European customers input the numer nowadays to save time.

Ability to Customs reports to see Serial Numbers and Batches
For now we can only custom the date range.
It will be good to have the possibility to see the serial numbers. For Instance if I want to see the sales in a range period with the associated Serial Numbers, I can't.

Integration with Zoho inventory
This would allow to manage subscriptions to specific product SKUs. This would be the best stack to manage a subscription box business or any use case where physical products are billed on a recurring basis

Two digit state code
The State drop down box list states as the whole word (North Carolina, etc.), which if fine, but when you run a Subscription Details report to use for shipping out subscriptions, the state code should come out as an all cap Two digit code (US Postal code).
The problem is that this State code sometimes shows as the two digit code, but about 20% of our subscriptions the code shows as the whole word or the two digit code is all lower case. Lots of extra work on our end to have to go through Report and change code to…1 vote -

Coupon Code Needs to Have an Option to Affect SETUP FEE
Currently there is no easy way to have coupons either discount setup fees or completely remove setup fees. This is something that needs to be offered to allow for better marketing of services.
Please add this feature ASAP, I don't understand why SUBTOTALS would not be affected by coupons - seems like a large oversight.

Build hosted page URL based on selected addons in widget
When Creating a widget - it would be great if add-ons were taken into account. Two things need to happen:
1. create a line for each addon associated with the plan in the widget
2. set a cost calculation method in the addon with the following options
a. unit
b. volume
c. tier
d. package
e. single (tickbox to in or exclude, cannot make additional quantity)

Fantastic: I have an idea that I think would be great.
I love how it's set up with a drop down box to choose the sales person, this allows an honest sales rep to put a sale in another sales Rep's name. Could you take this 1 step further and I don't want to try to guess how you would do it but it it was possible for 2 reps to share a sale. This happens a lot with my ShowTeams & I always have to manually fix it. I understand if my suggestion doesn't make it, Zoho rocks either way. Thank you for everything.

Appended URL
There is a specific need to be capable of catching appended URLs for business using referral partners. At current, this has to be done by having someone develop a custom page, then post VIA API.
This is a very definite need, as it is a standard practice for any large marketing or referral partner to pass custom URL parameters.

Option to Show Custom Fields with Own Section Only in Portal and/or Hosted Page
Currently, if you add a custom field in the customer module, you are forced to have that field both in the portal and hosted page.
It would be nice to choose whether you want it in the portal only or for both.
Sometimes you want the customer to provide you the necessary information after they have purchased the service and/or product instead of having it all on the hosted page, which will be overwhelming.
And have an own section (a separate tab, such as the account information and projects tab) in the portal to obtain the information to make it…

Stop Creating invoice on subscription - or make it optional
We have a few clients who are interested in Zoho Subscriptions. However there is one main feature missing: Disable Auto billing on creation of Subscription.
Here is the use case:
Clients sell products directly and they sell products as a reseller.
Every time a new subscription is created, an invoice is automatically send out to the customer. This behaviour is not good for all cases.
Even upon activating "metered billing" - still the first invoice is always send out straight away.

Improve checkout flow for GoCardless payment gateway
To checkout with GoCardless using the hosted payment page the process is unnecessarily long and we have had many customers who have not completed the process completely as they think they have already completed it successfully.
The process goes like this; Complete customer information, click next > view plan summary, select payment method, click next > Redirected to GoCardless hosted payment page, fill out customer information AGAIN, click next, click confirm > Redirected back to Zoho hosted page with plan summary AGAIN, this time displaying a message that says "Successfully verified your Gocardless account" with a green tick and the…

Ability to Change Page Layouts on Subscriptions + Customers
Hi - it would be great if we could fully customize the page layouts of the Subscriptions and Customers pages (and everything else).
There are extraneous fields I'd like to remove (e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc..), and custom fields I'd like to reorder. Thanks!
