Filter on custom fields in the subscriptions and invoice objects
We use custom fields to tag subscriptions and invoices to fit our workflow. Right now, without the ability to search based on those fields, I am having get full lists and iterate over them to find what I am looking for.

Add dynamic email attachments that can include placeholders.
I.e. An agreement document PDF attached to the new signup email, with some static text and a box on the left with space for the agreement holders name, address, the plan they are on, the start date and the price etc.

Free Trial Upgrade To Paid
Allow users to upgrade from Free Trial to Paid before the end of the free trial. In a software subscription model, a user may do a 30 day free trial where they receive a trial license. They may be ready to purchase after 10 days, and want their full license. There is no option in Zoho Subscriptions for the user to activate their subscription before the end of the free trial

Need functionality to UPSELL and actually use Zoho Payments. Right now, it is unusable for anyone in SALES that doesn't charge simple fees or subscriptions.
The world has entered the micro-transactional model (Thank you Minecraft). Its time that we had the capability to maximize our profitability, which will turn into more Zoho subscriptions and customers.

Can my user pay in offline mode as net amount from multiple invoices using invoice link?
Say I have three invoices with amount of Rs.500 each. So total amount will as Rs.1500. Now user would have received three invoice emails from me with invoice link. As for I know, user have to click invoice link in each invoice to pay Rs.500. User need to press link in each invoice to pay all invoice amount, means he/she needs to click and make payment 3 times. Instead of this, is there any way to get single payment as RS.1500 from any of the invoice link?

Ability to use Contact Alternate Address when adding a subscription
We need the ability to select an alternate address when adding a subscription via Zoho Subscriptions.....similar to what currently exists in Zoho Books. We often have customer that use a lease company to finance their transactions to us - the lease company then pays us monthly, even though the subscription is with the customer. Therefore, when I enter a subscription for the recurring invoice, I need the ability to tell the system to use the alternate bill to address for the leasing company instead of the default billing address.

Shipping Name vs. Billing Name (Gifting Subscriptions)
It would be great to be able to 'gift' a subscription to another individual. For example, we are a print publication with subscribers who frequently receive the magazine because they were signed up by another individual (e.g. a grandparent subscribing their grandchild). However, the current hosted payment pages do not allow for a distinction between Billing and Shipping name.

Can you please enable billing on a custom daily basis (ie 15,30 days etc)?
All of the major gateways allow for custom recurring on a custom schedule, but Zoho forces a choice of a number of weeks, months or a year. So, 15 day billing, 30 day billing etc. is not possible. The majority of the competing products allow for this.

Allow customer to change their plan from client portal
Letting a customer login to their portal and upgrade/downgrade/change the plan that is on their subscription from the portal. System updates the information and calculates any additional charges needed, etc.

Edit URL from the pricing table
It would be ideal to be able to edit the URL of the buttons in the price table to a website different from the hosted page (such as a free registration website)

Group metered billing with all invoices.
I love that you guys just released metered billing. I was JUST about to go through a long process into migrating to Stripe but this just kept me as a customer.
However, I really think there should be a requirement to group ALL invoices regardless of frequency or metered/flat charges. It really doesn't make sense for our customer to be always be spammed with invoices when the idea of Subscriptions is partially a "Set it and forget it" model.

Add access to all credit notes via the Zoho Subscriptions API
In a sense, credit notes are the 'opposite' of invoices. One is money we owe to others, the other is money that others owe us.
So there should be a similar symmetry in the API.
At present I can get a list of invoices from the API (and if I use the sneaky undocumented feature I can even get invoices in a date range).
But I can only get a credit note if I know its ID. Which of course, I don't.
Please add the ability to extract credit notes via the API, with an optional date range filter.

list customers *without* a payment option associated
It'd be helpful to be able to list customers without a payment option associated. There is currently a customer view for those with a payment option. It'd be great if that were a built-in view or a filter option when creating a custom view.

Allow the option of resending the New Subscription notification email if an email is bounced due to wrong email address being entered.
If someone enters the wrong email address and the New Subscription email is bounced, there is currently no other way of sending resending this notification. We use this notification to provide information on our website t & c's so it is vital we can resend if it is bounced back for any reason.

Forecasting Ability for Zoho Subscriptions
Forecasting Ability for Zoho Subscriptions: Would be incredibly helpful to be able to view future scheduled revenue in Subscriptions based on Subscriptions that are currently active. Similar to the Renewal Report which shows next billing, but show all future scheduled billing based on date range in report. It is imperative as a business owner I can easily see what target for revenue my company is currently on track for.

$0 base metered invoice, based on timer, with auto charge
Right now there is no way to create a $0 metered subscription that will just charge a user the accrued hours at the end of the billing cycle.
- Please allow $0 base metered invoice
- Please allow the metered billing to be based on an accrued unit field (where we can use the api to insert hours)

Customer portal upsell button/option
Within the customer portal there needs to be a way for customers to 'buy' more.If they have logged in to view their account then you have captured their interest. This means in sales and marketing terms that they are ready to buy again. There needs to be a way that they can be be upsold other one off products and or linked back to the website to buy additional products. For example. I have 40 customers who have brought the 'yellow' package. these customers should all have automatic offering in their portal to add on the rainbow bolt on if…
