The State drop down box list states as the whole word (North Carolina, etc.), which if fine, but when you run a Subscription Details report to use for shipping out subscriptions, the state code should come out as an all cap Two digit code (US Postal code).
The problem is that this State code sometimes shows as the two digit code, but about 20% of our subscriptions the code shows as the whole word or the two digit code is all lower case. Lots of extra work on our end to have to go through Report and change code to All cap two digit code (which is what the US Postal service requires).
