  2. Integration with Zoho Support

    should be able to see the support tickets raised by a customer if any, by clicking a link in the customer details.

  3. Delete, Hide or Modify Cancelled Subscriptions

    Hi there,

    some sugesstions:

    1. It would be really useful for cancelled subsciptions to be hidden or have the functionality to be removed.

    2 If a cancelled subscription could be reactivated at a later date and you could amend the payment information.

    1. If you could also enable a override skip billing month and admin users have the functionality to override with a note that would also be helpful.

  4. apply flat discount coupon on total amount(before cut down the tax)

    Our customers are subscribing with addons(one time). And we want to give them a fixed amount on discount "D", if there total bill is above "X". suppose X = $500 or greater then D = 99.99.

  5. Show Overdue Balance on Invoices

    If a customer doesn't pay their bill one month, that overdue balance on their account is not displayed on the next month's invoice. This seems like a "must have" for a subscription billing platform.

  6. Product URL

    I would like to request a Product URL be added to Subscriptions.

    Let's say I have 3 subscription plans set up for Product X.
    I would like to have a webpage template that allows a user to choose which of the three subscription plans they want.
    Subscriptions has a URL link for each plan, but not for the Product.

  7. Gateway API

    If you were to create an API for payment gateways we would be willing to get certified. Thus allowing us to create integration with any number of payment gateways. As I mentioned in a previous string our company needs integration with Payeezy which is a product from PNC bank.

    It is clear from the multiple requests for Payeezy and untold other gateways that it is a necessary implementation that is required. We look forward to being able to help your team solve this issue for your clients.

  9. Custom CSS for hosted pages

    Allow users to extensively customize the look and feel by letting them submit custom css code that will then be embedded directly inside their hosted pages.

  10. Let's HIDE Cancelled Subscriptions.

    Just a simple "HIDE" cancelled subscriptions filter please.
    There is another suggestion in here to be able to edit and skip payment, very cool and helpful; but just a simple HIDE for now will do for me.

  11. Allow invoice to be editable, at least non-price info like the PO number

    We need a way for us or our customers to update their invoice with their billing systems' PO number and have it displayed it on their invoice.

  12. run a past due payment on the spot AND save that info to the subscription

    I added payment info to an invoice to pay it, but it didn't save the payment info. I had to go and fill it all out again to 'associate a card' to the subscription.

    Hi Angela. Currently, the card information will not be saved when you collect a charge for an invoice. We’re looking into this feature and will let you know if we add it to Zoho Subscriptions.

    However, the card information will be saved if you’ve associated a card to the subscription in the first place. So, any time in the future you manually charge an invoice associated with that subscription, the card will automatically appear.

  13. Handle Chargebacks

    The ability to handle chargebacks i.e., money being refunded to the customer after successful deposit and settling.

  14. Issue With PLANS

    We are a wellness firm with an average of 300 customers per day. I found the Zoho Subscription billing platform easy and wanted to go with it until I realized it has a major drawback based on the business model we have. Majority of the firms in the industry we are in provide customers with an initial FREE trial period to try the product, but there certainly is ONLY a Shipping & Handling fee we charge to customers immediately while they sign up. Once they complete their trial period, they are auto-billed for the actual cost of product. But in…

  15. Optionally update existing subscriptions with new price

    I run a hosting company.
    I use recurring invoices in Zoho Books.
    When I have a price increase, I have to manually edit 300 recurring invoices.
    I was hoping that Zoho Subscriptions would allow me to update the price of a plan and optionally cascade the new price to all active subscriptions, starting with the next billing cycle.

  17. Ability to Change Billing Date Forward and Backward

    In my project we deliver food products on a reoccurring basis. I would like the ability to move the billing dates as I see fit in order to fine tune our deliveries. So if the customer is on a once every four weeks schedule, but they need their next shipment a week early, I can change their "Next Billing Date" accordingly.

  18. Scheduled Upgrades/Downgrades

    It would be nice to be able to schedule an upgrade/downgrade for a specific date in the future. That way, when a customer requests a change for next month, or next week, we can schedule it to happen on that date, rather than remembering to do it manually on said date.

  19. Zoho CRM Potentials integration

    Currently the integration between Subscriptions & Zoho CRM goes no further than the Accounts & Contacts.

    It is essential for us and I guess many of us to have it integrated with our pipeline --> Potentials. In that case it'll actually be a complete integrated solution, as you actually want it to be to keep on track of your subscription.

    Right now, there are still two separated systems running... which is unfortunately a waste of time and error-prone. It would be great if the integration can be taken to the next level!

  20. pro rata

    Option to switch on and off pro-rata in each plan. Some products do not attract pro-rata no matter when they are subscribed to in a month.
