  1. customer custom fields returned in Get List endpoint

    the API / Customer / GETLIST endpoint return does not contain Customer Fields.

    with the API as of right now (8/11/2016) if i want to get custom fields for my Customers, i must:

    1) get a list of all customers
    2) loop through the list and call a GET on each individual Customer

    this requires alot of API calls and will quickly use up all of our API credits.

    this is a really big concern with the API call limits.

  2. Allow Multiple Subscription and frequency choice under one plan

    Under one plan example: Membership Basic $5.00 Monthly, Quarterly, Annually.

  3. Please integrate with epay.dk

    Please add as payment gateway Epay.dk. It is used very much in the Nordics.

  4. Stop all email notifications for a specific customer

    I already know reminders can be stopped for a specific client but i am specifically asking for Email notifications how to stop that for a specific client keeping active the Email notification setting for rest of them.

  5. Assign Subscription Plan to Client Estimate

    Allow user to assign (Service) Subscription to ZOHO ESTIMATE with options such as First Billing Date, Subscription Duration, ect.

    When Client "accepts" the estimate allow for partial payment for SETUP FEE & Start subscription service on "date"

  8. Android app for Zoho Subscriptions

    There seem to be Android/iOS apps for all of Zoho's other services but there isn't one for Subscriptions yet. I feel like it'll happen eventually but I wanted to voice my interest/need/support for it to be developed!

    iOS application is now available in App Store and you can search for “Zoho Subscriptions” and download it. The application which we have released is the first version and we will make sure to update it periodically. For now, it has almost the most used features like Reports, Notifications and Settings. And as of now we don’t have Android application. We’ll keep you posted.

    UPDATE (29/08/18):

    The Android application is now available in Google Play Store and you can either search for ‘Zoho Subscriptions’ or you can use this link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zoho.zsm to download it.

  9. Select payment gateway

    I use Stripe as my payment gateway. Recently I added WePay. I added a new customer in Subscriptions. Zoho automatically assigned WePay as the payment gateway for the new customer. I would like the option of choosing the gateway I use to process credit card payments for each new customer I add or changing a customer's payment gateway. I don't want a gateway chosen by default.

  11. Add the option to update the sales person field in past invoices generated by Subscriptions, so they show up in Sales by SP Report

    I can do this with Invoices generated by Recurring Invoices. Makes it a lot easier to get that information into the Sales by Salesperson report if you forgot to designate the sales person when you created the subscription. Thanks.

  12. Option to make a Refund to a particular line item of an Invoice

    When you try to make a refund for an online payment, the refund is pro-rated to each invoice item. The option to make refund to a particular line item of an invoice is not available yet, but would be very useful to have in order to get your accounting data right and be able to understand better what items are being refunded to your customers.
    It can be used to refund a Garantee Deposit or any optional feature to the same line item of the incoice, so that you know and track perfectly what has been refunded.

    Ability to filter the subscriptions on the Customer Overview page so as to display just the active subscriptions or just the Cancelled Subscriptions and so on.

  14. Manually Send Email Template to Customer (not tied to event)

    Right now email templates are tied to events (subscription expiring, payment failure). Being able to create and manually send stock emails to customers would be useful. Email templates could be created for a variety of scenarios.

    Example use cases:
    Customer asks to update their card ->
    Pull up customer in subscriptions, send email template with payment setup embedded

    Customer asks for statement of account ->
    Pull up customer in subscriptions, send email template with statement embedded

  15. Include feature to add a recurring credit

    If a referral signs up, the client that referred them can get up to $20 off per referral for up to 6 months - the credits can potentially zero out their monthly payment. It would be great to be able to add a recurring credit with a customizable amount. And it would be great to be able to add more than one of those per account since currently accounts are limited to one coupon. If someone refers three people, but they sign up different months, (May, July, September) then being able to add one recurring credit starting May, another starting…

  16. Bounce effect for offline payments

    Payment bounce for offline payments.

    Generally cheque or ecs gets bounced due to many reasons so recording payments and failures is must for offline payments.

  18. apply flat discount coupon on total amount(before cut down the tax)

    Our customers are subscribing with addons(one time). And we want to give them a fixed amount on discount "D", if there total bill is above "X". suppose X = $500 or greater then D = 99.99.

  20. Bank Details changing dynamically based on the currency of the customer

    In the Invoice template, on the Footer section, for the Add bank information part, it'll be nice if the displayed bank details is with respect to the currency set at the level of the customer.
