I'd like a log to see every email that has been sent to a customer. It would just be a date-ordered list of links to a view with the content and attachments for each email that has been sent through Zoho.

We've had a few customers that have not received the request for payment information emails, and I want to be able to reference the timestamp for those messages to help in troubleshooting. These messages have also each been customized, and I want to reference the message content that was sent I can communicate it through another channel since the original message was never received.
