Show usual price and pro-rated price when using fixed billing dates
Right now the customer will only see the pro-rated price when they sign themselves up for service if a fixed billing date is used. This means that the 'hosted page' doesn't indicate to the customer what their monthly charge will be. A workaround is to contextualize the 'hosted page' on our website but its a bit messy.

For example, this plan costs $97.50 every 3 months. But the hosted page only shows the pro-rated price until the 1st of the next month. Very unclear for our customers.
