I would like to be able to query the API by customer and subscription at the same time
Currently we can query the API for what I customer subscribes to but I would like to add the parameter of the subscription ID so that I do not need to loop through subscriptions to match on the one I am interested in.

Support customer with multiple GST numbers and addresses
Support a single customer that that has multiple GST numbers. Example we have customers that want invoices to be generated separate for each state. I have associated multiple subscription with this customer but since the address and GST is at the customer level the invoices are generated for the only one GST number. This could have been solved if the GST and address was at the Subscription level. Zoho should then use either the subscription level GSTN and address instead of the customer GSTN and address.
Zoho finance plus has still not handled this basic requirement which is so common…

Bulk import back dated subscriptions
We have an existing subscription database and want to migrate to Zoho. To do this properly I would need to import our subscriber base and include current values/last payment info and expire dates. Is there a way to mass import back dated subscription info?

Establish Min-Max values on plans and add-ons
We would like clients to subscribe to our product with a minimum user of 5. We also want a maximum user limit for a specific plan after which client will have to switch to higher plan (next) that have unlimited users.
On hosted page, minimum value should be taken into consideration for user not to enter value below same for max value.3 votes -

Create URL with Coupon Code Added to Hosted Payment Page
I would love to be able to create a URL with a Coupon Code to automatically be added to the hosted payment page - much like is already capable with the URL modification for Add-Ons functionality on hosted payment page.

Custom Customers Fields for selected plans
I have a few plans. One plan needs a custom field takes the customer's T-Shirt size. This is exclusively for this plan only, I dont want this custom field showing up anywhere else.

Allow Your customers add a new card or bank account through Customer Portal.
Change this to ALLOW because currently "Your customers can only update their card/bank details and not add a new card or bank account through Customer Portal"

Allow add-ons in widget
Within either the product/plan widget, or product page - allow for the user to be able to select option 1 or more add-os before check-out.
When a customer signs up to a subscription, they often want an add-on, or in my use case, are required to select from a range of add-ons.

Additional SEPA input field in addition to BIC and Bank account number
Currently our customers in Europe have to enter Bank Account number and Bank number to use goCardless.
Go Cardless accepts however the input of a single SEPA number - which is the main way European customers input the numer nowadays to save time.

Ability to Customs reports to see Serial Numbers and Batches
For now we can only custom the date range.
It will be good to have the possibility to see the serial numbers. For Instance if I want to see the sales in a range period with the associated Serial Numbers, I can't.

Two digit state code
The State drop down box list states as the whole word (North Carolina, etc.), which if fine, but when you run a Subscription Details report to use for shipping out subscriptions, the state code should come out as an all cap Two digit code (US Postal code).
The problem is that this State code sometimes shows as the two digit code, but about 20% of our subscriptions the code shows as the whole word or the two digit code is all lower case. Lots of extra work on our end to have to go through Report and change code to…1 vote -

Remove "via sender.zohosubscriptions.com" in the From Address (Sender Header)
Can Zoho please correct the Sender Header, as companies cannot send emails to Clients this way. This is not just a Gmail, or Outlook issue, the header shows that way in Office365, and compromises the branding. This is a critical requirement, as the ultimate objective (i.e., effective customer interaction) is disturbed when the emails do not look personal between Client and Company. Otherwise, Zoho Subscriptions has great features and very purposeful account display. I really hope they correct this at the earliest.

Add a "Setup Fee" (Or similar) to Add-ons
We want to be able to price an add-on like this: (Base Price) + (Recurring Amount per month/year). For doing maintenance on peoples equipment, this would be VERY helpful to charge people for maintenance plans on additional systems.

Multiple Payment Gateway Integrations
Ability to integrate to multiple authorize.net (and other gateways) portals through one account. Most businesses have more than one merchant and having the ability to use them all in one place would make things a lot easier and more organized
