Different Required Fields per plan
We require different customer information for each plan. Would be nice to be able to pick which fields are required for each plan. Subforms for the hosted page would also be helpful.

Allow more than one item on a single subscription.
When creating a subscription you can currenly only have one plan/product on each subscription. We should be able to add more than one plan/product under one subscription instead of having to create a subscription for each item.

Add webhooks for coupons status change and updates
It would be useful to get notification on coupons:
1) create
2) update via Zoho Subscriptions website,
3) usage act (applied to subscription)
4) removal from subscription
5) status change (maxed out, expired).

Add coupon code and description to existing slack message - this will be very useful to monitor new subscriptions coming into the system.

For metered billing you want to be able to collect a deposit in advance
For metered billing, you want to be able to collect a deposit in advance so that the customer do not run away leaving all the charges unpaid.
Also, need a way to limit usage to what the customer actually paid for (so it needs to be synced both ways).3 votes -
Commission on Subscriptions, both internal and external
I'd really like to be able to put multiple commission expenses in the product field. Then I would have an accounting of the commission value, based on the subscriptions sold and the quantity. Also adding several matching internal and external sales reps would allow me to pull commission reports, send the data to Zoho books and track it in analytics.
Finally, the ability to make the commission due or paid out automatically as an option when the invoice was paid would also be wonderful!

Enter Partial hours as an add-on to a subscription
We add Hours as a service as an add-on to a subscription, but we need to be able to bill for partial hours. The system currently limits to whole numbers.

Adding Product Categories
It would be great if we could create product categories and orgnaise the product tab based on the category. For example, creating a product category of 'Services' and 'Products' to sort between service and product related subscriptions.

Retry Settings
We have two products in our Zoho Subscriptions and would like the ability to have the option to set each product different retry settings. One to mark the invoice as "Unpaid" and the other product "Cancelled".

EMI option for Zoho subscriptions clients
Can you create Easy EMI options for Clients who are using membership that I create using Zoho Subscriptions.
E.g. If I have a membership of 6 monthly payment plan, the client should be able to subscribe to that plan and then pay the amount in 2 or 3 installments.

Sync trial subscriptions to leads module in CRM
Free trial subscriptions should automatically populate from Zoho Subscriptions as a lead in Zoho CRM so that sales engagement will be triggered during the trial period.

Make quantity visible on subscription lists + customer overviews
Please show quantity for each subscription in the customer overview and in the customer portal subscription overview page. This would save an extra click and give a better overview of the actual status.

NEED TO BE ABLE TO ADD CREDIT CARD INFOR IN BOTH APP PLATFORMS. I NEED THIS TO LAUNCH MY BUSINESS. I WANT TO USE ZOHO. WHEN I SET UP A NEW CUSTOMER AND SUBSCRIPTIONS THE ONLY THING MISSING IS TO ENTER THE CREDIT CARD INFO AND PROCESS IT. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

On Invoice, Show Updated Discounted Rate Per Item When Coupon Applied
When you apply a coupon to subscription, the invoice to the customer only shows:
Item | Qty | Rate | Discount % | Amount
We would like our customers to be able to see their updated discounted rate per item (not subtotal) on the invoice.
For instance, it should look like:
Item | Qty | Rate | Discount % | Discounted Rated | Amount
Widget | 2 | $349 | 20% | $279.20 | $558.40

Better audit trail for Subscriptions
It's very hard in the Zoho invoice/subscription systems to know if an email, invoice, notification was sent out and when they will be sent out in the process. Whenever I create a subscription, I am unsure if something was sent out or when it will be sent out. Please make it more transparent within the subscription the dates of when they'd be sent.

Create invoice within subscription manually
When creating a new subscription, we're unable to add line items for metered billing for the first invoice. It'd be very helpful to be able to create another invoice within the subscription manually.
