  1. Increase size for header and footer data in templates or allow html or rtf format

    I'd like to format headers and footers with more options than those available. I'd like to be able to copy html or rtf data into header of footer content.

    Add a discount field for partners Discount we have partners that have 30,40 or 50% discount but this only in manually created subscriptions not available as coupon that must be defined in plans

  3. The ability to see all payments received on the payment details....applied and unapplied (unused credit).

    Currently when I generate the report, it omits the unapplied (unused credits). This should not be the case, as the payment details should reflect every payment entered regardless of the application. This report is very important in validating and balancing customers payments.

  4. Additional options to prevent duplicates in subscriptions

    Please provide additional options such as email, or ideally a custom field. Name is not usable since many persons share a common name.

  5. Parent/Child customers

    We have a case where we have a business partner pay for all his customers and the invoices is also consolidated to him, we can handle this case if there is a Parent/Child relation between the customers or a partner and customer relations

  6. Split invoicing /payment of subscription

    We have a partner who pays for a part of the subscription amount of members. So how can we make this work in Zoho Subscriptions? i.e. A members annual membership fee is payed by 50% by a sponsor. We need to invoice 50% of the fee to a member and 50% to a sponsor (so two different invoices for the same subscription). How can we do this?

  7. selection option for recurring billings.

    in recurring subscription, an option like," add amount to" should be available. So that we can add that amount to all customers or select customers by ticking against their names.While posting, that should add that particular amount to all /selected customers at the same time.

    This will ease our work. As of now we add the amount to individual bills seperately everytime.

    If recurring billing is not at regular interval but repeated bills with uniform amount, then this option will be very useful.

  8. In our business we need to bill customers monthly for 1,2,3 or 4 meters, and we need to have a start meter and an end meter for audit.

    We charge our customers a base service fee as well as a black and white copies meter and a color copies meter. We need to have a start meter and end meter on each invoice we send out so customer can audit the meters. Also, some customers have an allowance of copies included on their contract.

    I would like the ability to require a minimum number of months to be committed to before a client is allowed to cancel their subscription.

  12. Allow filtering and sorting of custom fields such as custom dates in invoice and estimates tab

    I have added a custom field in the form of a date to both my Invoices and my Estimates. I would like to be able to filter or sort from ascending to descending order or vice versa based on that custom date. If I am allowed to add custom fields it seems I should also be able to sort based on the information that is important to me which in this case is that custom date.

  16. Recurring payments via debit card and netbanking

    There should be an option for receiving recurring payments via debit card and net banking for Indian market since most haven’t switched over to credit card except for an affluent few. Please consider this feature.

  17. GTM/Google/Facebook Tracking

    Tracking customers is a must to understand them and improve our marketing campaigns
    GA is not enough to track and have all interesting informations (ROI...). In order to be able to add GTM/Facebook scripts you should give us in hosted paged 2 blank spaces that would add :
    - a script in the header
    - a script right after <body>

    The ability for users to upgrade/downgrade addons in their portal, plus hosted links for them to approve addons linking from inside my app.

  19. Integration with Moneris payment gateway

    Hi Zoho Team,

    We are doing business in Canada. We are using zoho one as our business application to meet the end customer service expectations from us. We want to use Moneris payment gateway as the same offers better localized services in Canada for a canadian firm in comparison to any any other gateway options available in Zoho. I came to know that we cannot create own custom payment gateway integration in Zoho, so that means we cannot use Moneris.

    So it is my humble request to you to please plan Moneris payment gateway integration in Zoho. Please let me…

    How to integrate my Laravel application with Zoho Subscriptions?

    Having Few plans

    Plans supports both monthly and yearly frequency.

    Inside my app, my customer should able to
    View his/her current subscription details.

    • Upgrade/Downgrade to any of the paid plan

      -Update his credit card information

      -Update his billing address to show up on the next invoice.

    -Cancel his subscription at any time.
