Please allow customers with same email to all have portal access or add a way to move subscriptions from one customer to another.

Auto calculate / create Prorated Refund Due for Subscriptions Cancelled Mid Term
When a subscription is cancelled during the middle of the term, the option to refund the prorated amount due back to the customer should exist. This feature exists partially when you change a subscription. When that happens, a credit note is created for the balance already paid and applied to a new invoice with the new amount. This is similar to cancellations - we shouldn't have to manually calculate the amount to be refunded.

Add a label on the subscription within the customer portal
Currently if a customer has more than one of the same subscription product there is no way of identifying what that subscription relates to.
If using this for say a hosting service here we would have the option to add a label / reference or say "Server Name" to the subscription.
Being able to update this via Zapier would be amazing!

Add metered Billing
Allow for metered billing based on usage. Create a way to input quantity rate and amount.

Possibility to reactivated an expired trial
Nowadays once a trial expires the only possibility that we have on Zoho Subscription is to make a real subscription.
However, there a few times that make necessary to reactivate that subscription (That is common when we're trying to reach big companies).
Zoho Books already do something exactly like that. If your trial has expired, the system offers the possibility extend that trial.
Could you please consider that? ;)

Hourly and Daily billing
For services such as on demand load balancing a daily and hourly billing option for subscriptions would be nice.

Do not allow duplicate email for portal signup for Customers
The issue is if you create a customer with different name but same email then if you activate the customer's portal page then all of his previous record will be erased which can be fixed by using api in code but we are deeply concern because our sales team do not have technical knowledge much and we don't like to take risk too.

Free Trial Without Credit Card
Zoho Subscriptions should allow for trial subscriptions to be setup separately at $0 and should not require a credit card for activation.

Enable billing every X days
In our industry it is standard practice to bill the client not on a calendar monthly basis, but instead every 30 days. Currently it's only possible to configure plans that renew every X weeks, months or years. Please add the option to set up renewal every X days.

Allow for more than one plan per subscription
Allow more than one plan per/subscription. Very important for organizations that have more than one licensing component, and do not want their customers getting multiple invoices.

Add multiple subscriptions and add-ons at once
We need to be able to create multiple subscriptions and add-ons at once so the first invoice cycle is not all sent with multiple invoices. If a customer signs up for 2 subscriptions and 4 add-ons, we need to be able to add them all at once via the API and via the GUI.

Add the option to update the sales person field in past invoices generated by Subscriptions, so they show up in Sales by SP Report
I can do this with Invoices generated by Recurring Invoices. Makes it a lot easier to get that information into the Sales by Salesperson report if you forgot to designate the sales person when you created the subscription. Thanks.

Cancellation of Subscription on any given date
It is very common for customers to request for cancellation of services at any desirable date. Right now two options are available one at the end of current billing cycle and the other one immediately. We need to have third option for cancellation of any subscription on a given date in the event of any customer wishes to cancel the services at any point of time.

Product URL
I would like to request a Product URL be added to Subscriptions.
Let's say I have 3 subscription plans set up for Product X.
I would like to have a webpage template that allows a user to choose which of the three subscription plans they want.

Let's HIDE Cancelled Subscriptions.
Just a simple "HIDE" cancelled subscriptions filter please.
There is another suggestion in here to be able to edit and skip payment, very cool and helpful; but just a simple HIDE for now will do for me.

Scheduled Upgrades/Downgrades
It would be nice to be able to schedule an upgrade/downgrade for a specific date in the future. That way, when a customer requests a change for next month, or next week, we can schedule it to happen on that date, rather than remembering to do it manually on said date.

pro rata
Option to switch on and off pro-rata in each plan. Some products do not attract pro-rata no matter when they are subscribed to in a month.
