Cancellation of Subscription on any given date
It is very common for customers to request for cancellation of services at any desirable date. Right now two options are available one at the end of current billing cycle and the other one immediately. We need to have third option for cancellation of any subscription on a given date in the event of any customer wishes to cancel the services at any point of time.
As of now cancellation of subscription on a given date can be achieved via custom schedulers but need to check about the pricing for cancelled subscription ie how it is being calculated.

+1 for this. We would like to be able to term a subscription in the future on a specific future date.
Also, if you want to put in past data for true metric reporting, there is no current way of including those subscriptions have already canceled. They show and report as expired which does zero for our churn rate, etc.

This is especially important if you want to merge several subscriptions into one as we are requested to do from time to time. We choose the latest subscription date available, update that subscription to merge all at the next billing date, then we need to be able to cancel the others effective on the same date.

We are using the software to bill our services and customer has the option to request for cancellation any time even in the middle of billing cycle and can switch to another service provider. Mostly customer schedule the cancelation keeping in view the start date of services from another service provider to avoid extra charge. We need to have third option for cancellation of any subscription on a given date in the event if any customer wishes to cancel the services at any point of time.
