    When a customer signs up on our website at two different times it creates two separate profiles. I would like to be able to merge profiles So that the multiple subscriptions are under the one profile.

    If it is not possible for the program to automatically merge duplicate customer accounts, perhaps at least an alert to zoho users so that a repeat name or address was entered so we can keep a clean database.
