    Customers should be able to pause and resume their subscription directly in the Customer Portal.

  2. rollover of unused metered billing

    I would like to be able to offer a subscription for a client to pay a fixed monthly price for a certain number of hours of work which if they exhaust will result in per hour metered billing but if they don't use the full quota in a month for it to roll over for up to two months

    In my primary use case it is unutilized hours but the requirement of roll over arises in South Africa for rolling over unused data bundles for two months as well

  4. Allow separate 'setup fee' for Add-ons

    Allow a recurring-charge Add-on to also have a one-time setup fee. For example, if a base package allowed additional recurring services as add-ons, allow for the ability to charge the recurring rate AND a one-time setup fee at checkout.

  5. new date entry for date to send invoice separate from Subscription date.

    I need a separate entry for the date that the invoice should be sent. We send all invoices 60 days prior to the Subscription renewal date.

  6. Revenue impact from New and Renewals on Dashboard

    • Break out Net Revenue for the month into New and Renewals to gauge marketing impact on new sign-ups
    • Show % of Renewal Revenue = ₹ from renewals / ₹ from renewals due (how are we doing in customer retention)

  7. Provide the means to delete multiple products at one time, rather than deleting individually.

    Cannot delete multiple products at one time. I must go to each product individually, edit, then delete it. This is a massive time consumer.

  9. Subscriptions--Much more valuable to have one customer have multiple products, rather than having multiple customers who are the same person

    I do not like having multiple customers being the same person, but with multiple subscriptions. The whole point of Zoho One is to get all the data about a single individual in one place, and this confuses the whole thing.

  10. add changes in subscriptions to unbilled charges

    When I change the amount within a subscription and want that effect to start immediately there always is a new invoice for the difference created. I desperately need the possibility to add this amount to the unbilled charges.

  11. prepaying a subscription

    I would like to see an easy way to pre-pay a subscription. I have this now and then. Sometimes they want to pay the next payment early, sometimes they want to put money down that would pay 1 1/2 of the next payments due ...

  12. deposit or immediate setup fee for future-dated subscription

    I need to be able to charge a deposit to reserve a subscription for future-dated services that are limited in availability in order to confirm bookings/reservation of those subscriptions.

    Charging the setup fee on the scheduled commencement date (and only if payment details are provided by then) is not sufficient commitment from a customer to make a limited-availability service unavailable to other potential customers.

    Ideally, this deposit would be an invoice sent out immediately with a configurable expiry date, so that the subscription cancels if the deposit is not paid within the defined period.

  14. Parent/Child customers

    We have a case where we have a business partner pay for all his customers and the invoices is also consolidated to him, we can handle this case if there is a Parent/Child relation between the customers or a partner and customer relations

  15. selection option for recurring billings.

    in recurring subscription, an option like," add amount to" should be available. So that we can add that amount to all customers or select customers by ticking against their names.While posting, that should add that particular amount to all /selected customers at the same time.

    This will ease our work. As of now we add the amount to individual bills seperately everytime.

    If recurring billing is not at regular interval but repeated bills with uniform amount, then this option will be very useful.

  16. In our business we need to bill customers monthly for 1,2,3 or 4 meters, and we need to have a start meter and an end meter for audit.

    We charge our customers a base service fee as well as a black and white copies meter and a color copies meter. We need to have a start meter and end meter on each invoice we send out so customer can audit the meters. Also, some customers have an allowance of copies included on their contract.

  19. Create Subscriptions from Sales Order

    When winning a deal we use Sales Orders to be able to process our orders but also offer monthly subscription options

    It would be good to be able to create a subscription from a Sales Order

  20. Recurring payments via debit card and netbanking

    There should be an option for receiving recurring payments via debit card and net banking for Indian market since most haven’t switched over to credit card except for an affluent few. Please consider this feature.
