Subscription Pending
Allows a plan to go into a "Pending" status BEFORE going to 'Live" status. This allows us to review the order and perhaps setup a 3rd party system, or perhaps ship something before we set it to 'Live'.

External ID field on the Customer object
because the Custom Fields array is not populated on a GetList API call (returns null and a seperate API call is required to get Custom Fields) it would be very helpful to have a field on the Customer object for an External ID.
this would mitigate the need for a Custom Field to hold this data and the API would return this value when getting a List of Customers.

Automatic Currency Update
Allow automatic currency feeds in Subscriptions like they are in Books and Invoice.
12 votesNow, Zoho Subscriptions allows you to automatically fetch the exchange rates for all the currencies that you have been added in your organisation. Follow the steps to enable this feature:
1. Click on the Gear icon on the top right corner and go to the Currencies section.
2. Click on the Enable exchange rate feeds button to enable this feature.
3. Confirm your action by clicking on OK button in the pop-up that follows.
4. Now whenever you create a transaction for an overseas customers with different currency, exchange rate will be automatically fetched and applied.

List all emails sent to customer
I'd like a log to see every email that has been sent to a customer. It would just be a date-ordered list of links to a view with the content and attachments for each email that has been sent through Zoho.
We've had a few customers that have not received the request for payment information emails, and I want to be able to reference the timestamp for those messages to help in troubleshooting. 6 votesNow, Zoho Subscriptions supports Sales by Addon report. This report will give you a comprehensive statistics of the add-ons sold count and total sales. To generate this reports,
1. Navigate to Reports section and click on Sales > Sales by Addon.
2. You can also click on the respective add-on to get the detailed customer information who has subscribed to the add-on.

Show usual price and pro-rated price when using fixed billing dates
Right now the customer will only see the pro-rated price when they sign themselves up for service if a fixed billing date is used. This means that the 'hosted page' doesn't indicate to the customer what their monthly charge will be. A workaround is to contextualize the 'hosted page' on our website but its a bit messy.

customer custom fields returned in Get List endpoint
the API / Customer / GETLIST endpoint return does not contain Customer Fields.
with the API as of right now (8/11/2016) if i want to get custom fields for my Customers, i must:
1) get a list of all customers
2) loop through the list and call a GET on each individual Customerthis requires alot of API calls and will quickly use up all of our API credits.
this is a really big concern with the API call limits.

Select payment gateway
I use Stripe as my payment gateway. Recently I added WePay. I added a new customer in Subscriptions. Zoho automatically assigned WePay as the payment gateway for the new customer. I would like the option of choosing the gateway I use to process credit card payments for each new customer I add or changing a customer's payment gateway. I don't want a gateway chosen by default.

Option to make a Refund to a particular line item of an Invoice
When you try to make a refund for an online payment, the refund is pro-rated to each invoice item. The option to make refund to a particular line item of an invoice is not available yet, but would be very useful to have in order to get your accounting data right and be able to understand better what items are being refunded to your customers.
It can be used to refund a Garantee Deposit or any optional feature to the same line item of the incoice, so that you know and track perfectly what has been refunded.8 votes -
