  1. Include VAT in Zoho Sub Plans

    We'd like to include the VAT in Zoho Subscription Plans so that when we charge the customer, he gets an invoice with the right amount.

    Let's say that the price list displayed on our website is 120€/month
    If we charge with Zoho Subscritption, we have to make a plan for 112.80€ in order to get a total of 120€ (6% VAT).

    We'd like to have 120€ TVA included in the plan.

  2. Points Credit System for Metered Billing

    For example, if you're a telecom company and have a certain number of minutes included in a subscription package. It would be nice if it was possible to configure metered billing to include x amount of minutes for free with the plan, and then charge per minute used over the number included in the plan.

  4. Allow subscription creation date as invoice date

    Currently, When we create back dated Subscription then invoice date of generated Invoice is always a subscription activation date. For Ex . If today is 22nd may and I am creating back dated subscription starting from 15th may, then Invoice date of generated Invoice will be 15th may.
    So, In Indian Market, This is general scenario, where Owner may allow his customer to use his product (by subscription) and product owner may want to create subscription and send invoice to customer after some days.   5. Customer portal upsell button/option

    Within the customer portal there needs to be a way for customers to 'buy' more.If they have logged in to view their account then you have captured their interest. This means in sales and marketing terms that they are ready to buy again. There needs to be a way that they can be be upsold other one off products and or linked back to the website to buy additional products. For example.   7. Send Retainer Invoice (Advance Payment Request) with email notification workflow before subscription renewal date

    We would like the ability to send retainer invoices based on the value of the renewal invoice that can be attached to subscription email notification workflows.
    The idea is that Zoho Subscriptions does not create invoices until the subscription renewal date. However, in practice, invoices need to be sent out to clients 45, 30 or 15 days before the due date.
    What we do now is to manually create Retainer Invoices on Zoho Books 45 days before the subscription renewal date. We would like this to be automated on Zoho Subscriptions and this solves the biggest voted request on Zoho…

  9. Automatically Sort By Customer Name

    Automatically Sort By Customer Name

    After making changes to a customer or their subscription, the default customer sort is changed to Created Time. The default sort should remain as Customer Name.

    This makes it very difficult if you must make changes to numerous customer files or subscriptions.

  11. Require BCC column in Email Templates

    Inorder to record a copy of the invoice in our mail, kindly include the BCC column in the Email Templates. This will be useful to save the mail sent, revert on the same mail and save the invoices for future use.

    WePay is the cheapest payment gateway out of all of the choices so it would make it sweeter if Zoho could support WePay's ACH capabilities.

  13. Download pdf invoices individually

    Select multiple invoices and allow the possibility to download them separately one by one in pdf format (1 invoice per pdf) instead of creating a file of multiples invoices in 1 pdf only.

  15. Group metered billing with all invoices.

    I love that you guys just released metered billing. I was JUST about to go through a long process into migrating to Stripe but this just kept me as a customer.

    However, I really think there should be a requirement to group ALL invoices regardless of frequency or metered/flat charges. It really doesn't make sense for our customer to be always be spammed with invoices when the idea of Subscriptions is partially a "Set it and forget it" model.

  16. Use offline ticket printer

    I work for a Little mexican ISP, so far zoho seems like the best option to manage our montly payments/customer information data base, but I havent pitch this to my boss due to the lack of printer support, the system will be used mainly at the main office to take payments/check basic customer information, but arround 80% of our customers pay in cash and we print a ticket on a 58mm ticket printer, it would be cool to be able to get a print ticket option while taking a manual payment on the plataform, dont really need the suite to…

  17. Privacy & Newsletter checkbox for GDPR

    Hello, we integrated Zoho Subscription to our Automation Marketing Software (SALESmanago) by using Zapier.

    So, customers that make a new subscription are sent to this software to start receive newsletters.

    We are starting to make our internal changes to respect new GDPR rules for privacy, so to do what we are doing we need to create two new checkboxes (one for privacy and one for newsletters). I didn't find this feature on Zoho Subscription, is it possible to implement it?

  18. we use ZOHO SUBSCRIPTION to record the subscription to our magazines and there are employees that shall have visibility ONLY on the invoices

    we use ZOHO SUBSCRIPTION to record the subscription to our magazines and there are employees that shall have visibility ONLY on the invoices generated/related to subscription.

    What happens is that these employees have visibility over the full set of invoices recorded in ZOHO BOOKS (the full company accounting) and this quite wrong/inappropriate.

    It is important to set special properties/privileges to limit the visibility of some employees ONLY to the invoice for Subscriptions and not access financial data in BOOKS.

  19. Label printing and shipment.

    We are a monthly magazine publishing company which involves dispatching the physical hard copies via courier.

    While I explored Zoho Subscriptions I couldn't find a way to
    1) Print the address labels.
    2) Track the magazine hard copies dispatched for a month.

    This feature could help the offline magazine publishers.
