Adding Product Categories
It would be great if we could create product categories and orgnaise the product tab based on the category. For example, creating a product category of 'Services' and 'Products' to sort between service and product related subscriptions.

Save Embed Widget Details
Every time I make changes to my products and need to update my widget, I also need to keep changing all the headings, colours and customisations as well.
Why does this not save? Every time you exist the Embed Widget
section it asks you - are you sure you want to leave, as it knows it will reset.Really hope you can put in a save customisations made function in here!!

Integration with Moneris payment gateway
Hi Zoho Team,
We are doing business in Canada. We are using zoho one as our business application to meet the end customer service expectations from us. We want to use Moneris payment gateway as the same offers better localized services in Canada for a canadian firm in comparison to any any other gateway options available in Zoho. I came to know that we cannot create own custom payment gateway integration in Zoho, so that means we cannot use Moneris.

Plans supports both monthly and yearly frequency.
Inside my app, my customer should able to
View his/her current subscription details.Upgrade/Downgrade to any of the paid plan
-Update his credit card information
-Update his billing address to show up on the next invoice.
-Cancel his subscription at any time.

EMI option for Zoho subscriptions clients
Can you create Easy EMI options for Clients who are using membership that I create using Zoho Subscriptions.
E.g. If I have a membership of 6 monthly payment plan, the client should be able to subscribe to that plan and then pay the amount in 2 or 3 installments.

Embed Customer Portal into Website
The new customer portal is a great idea however, asking our clients to create another username/password to view the portal is confusing because they have already logged into our website.
We would love the ability to generate a link to a customer portal, similarly to what we do for hosted pages.
This would allow us to either iframe the portal into our site or give them a direct link that opens a new tab/window.
The process that would work best for us:
1) We make an API call supplying customer id and our usual API authentication keys

Allow more than one item on a single subscription.
When creating a subscription you can currenly only have one plan/product on each subscription. We should be able to add more than one plan/product under one subscription instead of having to create a subscription for each item.

Although there is now a way to import backdated subscriptions, there is no easy way to remove them as you do with other modules.

Add webhooks for coupons status change and updates
It would be useful to get notification on coupons:
1) create
2) update via Zoho Subscriptions website,
3) usage act (applied to subscription)
4) removal from subscription
5) status change (maxed out, expired).

Create invoice within subscription manually
When creating a new subscription, we're unable to add line items for metered billing for the first invoice. It'd be very helpful to be able to create another invoice within the subscription manually.

For metered billing you want to be able to collect a deposit in advance
For metered billing, you want to be able to collect a deposit in advance so that the customer do not run away leaving all the charges unpaid.

Commission on Subscriptions, both internal and external
I'd really like to be able to put multiple commission expenses in the product field. Then I would have an accounting of the commission value, based on the subscriptions sold and the quantity. Also adding several matching internal and external sales reps would allow me to pull commission reports, send the data to Zoho books and track it in analytics.
Finally, the ability to make the commission due or paid out automatically as an option when the invoice was paid would also be wonderful!

Enter Partial hours as an add-on to a subscription
We add Hours as a service as an add-on to a subscription, but we need to be able to bill for partial hours. The system currently limits to whole numbers.

Remove "via sender.zohosubscriptions.com" in the From Address (Sender Header)
Can Zoho please correct the Sender Header, as companies cannot send emails to Clients this way. This is not just a Gmail, or Outlook issue, the header shows that way in Office365, and compromises the branding. This is a critical requirement, as the ultimate objective (i.e., effective customer interaction) is disturbed when the emails do not look personal between Client and Company. Otherwise, Zoho Subscriptions has great features and very purposeful account display. I really hope they correct this at the earliest.

Retry Settings
We have two products in our Zoho Subscriptions and would like the ability to have the option to set each product different retry settings. One to mark the invoice as "Unpaid" and the other product "Cancelled".

Allow add-ons in widget
Within either the product/plan widget, or product page - allow for the user to be able to select option 1 or more add-os before check-out.
When a customer signs up to a subscription, they often want an add-on, or in my use case, are required to select from a range of add-ons.
