While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. customer custom fields returned in Get List endpoint

    the API / Customer / GETLIST endpoint return does not contain Customer Fields.

    with the API as of right now (8/11/2016) if i want to get custom fields for my Customers, i must:

    1) get a list of all customers
    2) loop through the list and call a GET on each individual Customer

    this requires alot of API calls and will quickly use up all of our API credits.

    this is a really big concern with the API call limits.

  3. Delay prorated invoices

    For addons that change relatively frequently, it would be great if we could just have the prorated amounts appear on the next invoice, instead of generating an invoice instantly.

  4. Get an API to PayGate Payhost - South African largest gateway

    This will facilitate not only integration to Zoho Subscription but drive the Zoho platform forward on the African market.

  5. Multiple custom hosted payment pages templates

    Hi
    At the moment only one hosted payment page can be used for all subscriptions. However some clients (and us) have multiple different subscriptions types with different terms of service. Would be good if subscriptions allows the creation of more than one Hosted Payment page.

  6. Enable Paypal for Zoho Subscriptions

    Paypal is one the main payment gateway in the world and we should be able to use it with Zoho Subscriptions.
    I have no other way to use Zoho Subscriptions and I'm horrified that we cannot use Paypal for recurring payments with Zoho. Recurring payments work perfectly directly in Paypal

  7. Give Customers OPTION To Choose: ONE-TIME or RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION

    As a business owner, my sales people are calling company's for a service that I offer. The client can either choose:
    ONE TIME
    or
    MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

    It is the clients decision to choose which payment option they want.

  8. Download pdf invoices individually

    Select multiple invoices and allow the possibility to download them separately one by one in pdf format (1 invoice per pdf) instead of creating a file of multiples invoices in 1 pdf only.

  9. Shipping Name vs. Billing Name (Gifting Subscriptions)

    It would be great to be able to 'gift' a subscription to another individual. For example, we are a print publication with subscribers who frequently receive the magazine because they were signed up by another individual (e.g. a grandparent subscribing their grandchild). However, the current hosted payment pages do not allow for a distinction between Billing and Shipping name.

    Please add payrexx.com as a payment gateway so that 100% of the different forms of payment like WIRpay, Bitcoin, sofort überweisung, PostFinance, stripe and many more are covered.

  14. Allow invoice to be editable, at least non-price info like the PO number

    We need a way for us or our customers to update their invoice with their billing systems' PO number and have it displayed it on their invoice.

  15. Issue With PLANS

    We are a wellness firm with an average of 300 customers per day. I found the Zoho Subscription billing platform easy and wanted to go with it until I realized it has a major drawback based on the business model we have. Majority of the firms in the industry we are in provide customers with an initial FREE trial period to try the product, but there certainly is ONLY a Shipping & Handling fee we charge to customers immediately while they sign up.   19. Associate Email Templates to Specific Plans

    We have the need to customize and associate different email templates to specific Plans (not Products) which of course have different terms -- we find our customers at times get confused with "this info OR that info applies, depending on your plan option listed above..."

    We think this could be best implemented as an 'override' to the default template associated for that product, which would not disturb anyone's existing configurations.

    Along the same lines, if it isn't pushing it, associating override email templates to Add-Ons in addition to Plans wouldn't hurt either...

    As a work-around we considered separating these Plans…
