  1. Automatically make a plan inactive once a order limit is reached

    Once a plan reaches a number of subscribers make the plan inactive. This will make it so that anyone who has subscribed will continue to receive their subscription, but it stops people from signing up. It would be extremely useful for a business like mine where there are a limited number of subscriptions available.

  2. Let's HIDE Cancelled Subscriptions.

    Just a simple "HIDE" cancelled subscriptions filter please.
    There is another suggestion in here to be able to edit and skip payment, very cool and helpful; but just a simple HIDE for now will do for me.

  4. Selecting Billing Date/Grouping

    Both these options are excellent at the customer level. Selecting it as an overall preference is too restricting. I want to group invoices for some customers who have multiple subscriptions paid at one time, but not for others who process their payments by location. Invoicing billing dates need to be prior to subscription anniversary date where credit card billing dates are on (or near) the anniversary date.

  5. Please include the fees charged by the gateway in our reports

    When you facilitate a charge through paypal or stripe, I am hoping you can see how much fees were charged to the transaction. It would be really nice if you could track that in Zoho Subscription reports.

  6. Auto calculate / create Prorated Refund Due for Subscriptions Cancelled Mid Term

    When a subscription is cancelled during the middle of the term, the option to refund the prorated amount due back to the customer should exist. This feature exists partially when you change a subscription. When that happens, a credit note is created for the balance already paid and applied to a new invoice with the new amount. This is similar to cancellations - we shouldn't have to manually calculate the amount to be refunded.

  7. Register / Free plan

    If I understand correctly, a plan always has a price and duration. We're operating on a freemium model, where some content is available to payed users but also some content is available to users who just register.
    It is kind of possible to emulate it by specifying a price of 0 euros, but it looks like a hack; there is still a price shown, there is still payment information asked, and there is still a duration.
    To us, it would be great if there is a 'register' or 'free plan' option that doesn't show the price, doesn't ask for payment…

  8. Zoho CRM Potentials integration

    Currently the integration between Subscriptions & Zoho CRM goes no further than the Accounts & Contacts.

    It is essential for us and I guess many of us to have it integrated with our pipeline --> Potentials. In that case it'll actually be a complete integrated solution, as you actually want it to be to keep on track of your subscription.

    Right now, there are still two separated systems running... which is unfortunately a waste of time and error-prone. It would be great if the integration can be taken to the next level!

    Ability to have pricing schemes for the Plan - similar to the addons.

  10. Include feature to add a recurring credit

    If a referral signs up, the client that referred them can get up to $20 off per referral for up to 6 months - the credits can potentially zero out their monthly payment. It would be great to be able to add a recurring credit with a customizable amount. And it would be great to be able to add more than one of those per account since currently accounts are limited to one coupon. If someone refers three people, but they sign up different months, (May, July, September) then being able to add one recurring credit starting May, another starting…

  11. Manually Send Email Template to Customer (not tied to event)

    Right now email templates are tied to events (subscription expiring, payment failure). Being able to create and manually send stock emails to customers would be useful. Email templates could be created for a variety of scenarios.

    Example use cases:
    Customer asks to update their card ->
    Pull up customer in subscriptions, send email template with payment setup embedded

    Customer asks for statement of account ->
    Pull up customer in subscriptions, send email template with statement embedded

  12. Select payment gateway

    I use Stripe as my payment gateway. Recently I added WePay. I added a new customer in Subscriptions. Zoho automatically assigned WePay as the payment gateway for the new customer. I would like the option of choosing the gateway I use to process credit card payments for each new customer I add or changing a customer's payment gateway. I don't want a gateway chosen by default.

  14. Know where we give discounts by letting us choose a Z Books account for each coupon

    When you create a coupon today, we can't asociate this coupon to a specific Zoho Books account, in the same fashion as we can do it for Plans and Add-ons: it all goes to the generic "70960000" discount account and we don't know what amount of discount we have given for each Product...
    To improve revenue management and profitability, it is key to know how much discounts we have made for each Product!
    The SIMPLE SOLUTION to this issue is to let us choose a specific Zoho Books account for coupons, in the same way that we can choose it…

    Android Pay & Apply Pay - Stripe has this on their gateway and would be nice if zoho subscription can push this out on the checkout page.

  18. Ability to Change Billing Date Forward and Backward

    In my project we deliver food products on a reoccurring basis. I would like the ability to move the billing dates as I see fit in order to fine tune our deliveries. So if the customer is on a once every four weeks schedule, but they need their next shipment a week early, I can change their "Next Billing Date" accordingly.

  19. Gateway API

    If you were to create an API for payment gateways we would be willing to get certified. Thus allowing us to create integration with any number of payment gateways. As I mentioned in a previous string our company needs integration with Payeezy which is a product from PNC bank.

    It is clear from the multiple requests for Payeezy and untold other gateways that it is a necessary implementation that is required. We look forward to being able to help your team solve this issue for your clients.

  20. Option to make a Refund to a particular line item of an Invoice

    When you try to make a refund for an online payment, the refund is pro-rated to each invoice item. The option to make refund to a particular line item of an invoice is not available yet, but would be very useful to have in order to get your accounting data right and be able to understand better what items are being refunded to your customers.
    It can be used to refund a Garantee Deposit or any optional feature to the same line item of the incoice, so that you know and track perfectly what has been refunded.
