  1. Plug in for Joomal and Wordpress sites

    There is no powerful subscription management service for Joomla and maybe Wordpress that can deal with subscription services with the reliability a large user base needs.
    We use one now that is a saas integrated into Joomla and it works OK, not great but far better than any standalone system.
    I use your invoicing system and see how the full features of the subscription manager would work very well ....

  3. I'd like to be able to start a subscription at an intro rate, then up it to the regular rate after 3 months.

    I'd like to promote our service to new customers by giving them 3 months at a discount, then automatically move them to the regular rate on month 4. Can you do that?

  4. Allow for the expiration time of a subscription link to be editable currently fixed at 24 hours

    Currently the expiration time of a subscription link is set to fixed interval of 24 hours and the payment link expires. I would like to have this changed so that you can increase the interval time for the link to say a week.

  5. Allow indication of tax on one-time charges

    When adding a one-time charge for a customer on a subscription, tax is always added for a taxable customer. So a one-time charge of $50 added will be invoiced/charged with tax added.

    This is independent of whether the subscription is taxable.

    A work-around is to never use one-time charge and instead use a one-time add-on.

  7. package com.zoho.crm.library.setup.restclient does not exist

    I have added the SDK to the project class path. But when i try to call ZCRMRestClient.initialize();

  8. Use meaningful search fields

    Right now the search in the UI searches on these fields;
    Payment Mode
    Customer Name
    Plan Name

    The only field helpful in identifying a particular subscription is customer name. Other Zoho apps will also search the reference field, which typically stores external ids and is a very common search value for identifying a specific record and navigating to it.

  9. I have a need for a Daily billing cycle. Can this easily be added to the current options?

    I have a use case whereby a product offering is better suited to be charged by the day. Could this not easily be added as an additional billing cycle?

  11. Make coupon code case-insensitive

    We had customers complaining that coupon are not working and to our surprise we found that coupons in Zoho are case-sensitive which is odd, can you please make them case insensitive

  12. Ability to use Contact Alternate Address when adding a subscription

    We need the ability to select an alternate address when adding a subscription via Zoho Subscriptions.....similar to what currently exists in Zoho Books. We often have customer that use a lease company to finance their transactions to us - the lease company then pays us monthly, even though the subscription is with the customer. Therefore, when I enter a subscription for the recurring invoice, I need the ability to tell the system to use the alternate bill to address for the leasing company instead of the default billing address.

  14. Ability to Change Page Layouts on Subscriptions + Customers

    Hi - it would be great if we could fully customize the page layouts of the Subscriptions and Customers pages (and everything else).

    There are extraneous fields I'd like to remove (e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc..), and custom fields I'd like to reorder. Thanks!

  15. Stop Creating invoice on subscription - or make it optional

    We have a few clients who are interested in Zoho Subscriptions. However there is one main feature missing: Disable Auto billing on creation of Subscription.

    Here is the use case:

    Clients sell products directly and they sell products as a reseller.
    Every time a new subscription is created, an invoice is automatically send out to the customer. This behaviour is not good for all cases.
    Even upon activating "metered billing" - still the first invoice is always send out straight away.

  17. Appended URL

    There is a specific need to be capable of catching appended URLs for business using referral partners. At current, this has to be done by having someone develop a custom page, then post VIA API.

    This is a very definite need, as it is a standard practice for any large marketing or referral partner to pass custom URL parameters.

  19. Two digit state code

    The State drop down box list states as the whole word (North Carolina, etc.), which if fine, but when you run a Subscription Details report to use for shipping out subscriptions, the state code should come out as an all cap Two digit code (US Postal code).
    The problem is that this State code sometimes shows as the two digit code, but about 20% of our subscriptions the code shows as the whole word or the two digit code is all lower case. Lots of extra work on our end to have to go through Report and change code to…
