  1. Return one-time addons in the New Subscription webhook return

    Currently one-time addons are not in the payload returned by the New Subscription webhook. This affects the Zapier Zoho Subscriptions application, as you can only get information on recurring addons, not single addons.

    I am aware you can get the information from the Invoice Notifications webhook payload, but even if you select this checkbox in ZS when creating the webhook for the Zapier app, the data is listed differently in this payload so it does not come through in the return. The Zapier app is mapped to return the addons array, not the invoice_items array.

  3. Do not allow duplicate email for portal signup for Customers

    The issue is if you create a customer with different name but same email then if you activate the customer's portal page then all of his previous record will be erased which can be fixed by using api in code but we are deeply concern because our sales team do not have technical knowledge much and we don't like to take risk too.

  4. Edit email notifications sent to admin users:

    It would be great if you could edit the content of the email that is generated automatically when a payment is succesfull.

    i wish to have:
    Product Name.
    Subscription Plan.

  5. Supporting Arabic Language

    Zoho one of the best tools to manage and maintain customers and subscription, we need to have RTL support in order to support Arabic and Hebrew languages.

  6. Payment terms like quarterly/ half yearly in Advance

    Payment terms like quarterly/ half yearly in advance for an annual subscription. It should also prompt the next Invoice date for that subscription.

  7. Referral Program

    Each customer has a unique referral code that they can give to people who want to be new customers. Customers will receive a one-time credit applied to their subscription when a new customer signs up using their referral code. New customers will have a coupon applied to their subscription when signing up with a valid referral code.

  8. Customer Notes in checkout

    We would love for our customers to be able to list their own notes at checkout. Allergies, dietary restrictions, meal choices, delivery notes, etc would be very helpful with our meal plans.

  10. Add ACH payments with WePay

    WePay is the cheapest payment gateway out of all of the choices so it would make it sweeter if Zoho could support WePay's ACH capabilities.

  12. Send Retainer Invoice (Advance Payment Request) with email notification workflow before subscription renewal date

    We would like the ability to send retainer invoices based on the value of the renewal invoice that can be attached to subscription email notification workflows.
    The idea is that Zoho Subscriptions does not create invoices until the subscription renewal date. However, in practice, invoices need to be sent out to clients 45, 30 or 15 days before the due date.
    What we do now is to manually create Retainer Invoices on Zoho Books 45 days before the subscription renewal date. We would like this to be automated on Zoho Subscriptions and this solves the biggest voted request on Zoho…

  13. Adding Product Categories

    It would be great if we could create product categories and orgnaise the product tab based on the category. For example, creating a product category of 'Services' and 'Products' to sort between service and product related subscriptions.

  14. Different Required Fields per plan

    We require different customer information for each plan. Would be nice to be able to pick which fields are required for each plan. Subforms for the hosted page would also be helpful.

  15. Add/Remove Addons after user has subscription

    The ability for users to upgrade/downgrade addons in their portal, plus hosted links for them to approve addons linking from inside my app.

  16. Minimum duration / Contract length

    I would like the ability to require a minimum number of months to be committed to before a client is allowed to cancel their subscription.

  17. allow draft invoices to be created in subscriptions

    Please allow for the creation of draft invoices in Zoho subscriptions. Use case: Subscription creates draft invoice. Accounting dept. opens and reviews draft invoice, adds billable time from Zoho Projects, then sends Invoice with both subscription and billable time to customer.

  18. "Roles" in subscription

    Option to create different "Roles" for users.
    For instance, there is only two roles in this module (Admin y Staff). we need to create a different access option to a user for Subscription module, for instance, he can see "Dashboard" but not be able to see "Products".

    This follow-up is to inform you that we’ve been hearing your reviews and as per your request Custom User Roles is now available in Zoho Subscriptions.

    With this feature, you can create custom roles and assign them to users. For example, you can create a role for your accountant or salesperson and give them only specific access to the modules inside Zoho Subscriptions.

  19. Notes and Terms & Conditions Message should Update when Subscription Renews!

    Currently when a Subscription renews the Notes message and Terms & Conditions message stays the same as the way it was written when the customer subscribed rather than updating the messages to what they are currently written as.
    SO from now on anyone who subscribed in December is going to see a Christmas message on their invoice every time their subscription renews for the rest of their life. THAT IS NOT HOW IT SHOULD WORK!!

    Now, Zoho Subscriptions allows you to update the Notes and Terms & Conditions for the existing subscriptions. Follow the steps given below:
    1. Click on the Gear icon on the top right corner and go to the Preferences > Invoice >
    Notes.
    2. Now, you can change the existing notes. To update existing subscriptions with the new Notes, check the ‘Update existing subscriptions with the new Notes’ option.
    3. Same applies for Terms and conditions.

  20. Report on add-ons

    Report on Add-ons.

    Need a report listing all subscribed Add-ons.
    We need to know whom are subscribing to each add-on, and how many are subscribing to each add-on.

    Now, Zoho Subscriptions supports Sales by Addon report. This report will give you a comprehensive statistics of the add-ons sold count and total sales. To generate this reports,
    1. Navigate to Reports section and click on Sales > Sales by Addon.
    2. You can also click on the respective add-on to get the detailed customer information who has subscribed to the add-on.
