While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  2. Add "Invoice Renewal Ahead" email that groups multiple subscriptions onto one email notification

    Currently the only available way to alert customers that their subscriptions are renewing is to select the "subscription renewal ahead" email. The problem with this is that if my business sells multiple products to our customers which all renew at the same time, the customer receives an email for each item which is really annoying for our customer who receive numerous items. I have one customer who receives 7 Subscription renewal ahead emails all on the same day!!
    I wish that there was a "Invoice Renewal Ahead" email that groups all of their subscriptions onto one email the same way…

  4. Add the option to update the sales person field in past invoices generated by Subscriptions, so they show up in Sales by SP Report

    I can do this with Invoices generated by Recurring Invoices. Makes it a lot easier to get that information into the Sales by Salesperson report if you forgot to designate the sales person when you created the subscription. Thanks.

  5. "Right To Left" Document Templates

    Add a feature to the general template set up that will convert the template to a Right To Left documents.
    This will allow the use of Zoho Subscription in RTL languages.

  8. Reports

    Ability to run reports on cancellations for trials (if someone signs up for a free trial and cancels during the trial period you cannot run reports on that) only cancels on customers once they become active. It would be great if you can run a report on cancellations vs sign ups before they become active. (granted you do not want this to effect your active customer cancels (MRR, LTV, Churn, Etc). So it should be a separate report you can run that doesn't effect the existing metrics you have in place already. But if you have 100 free trial sign…

  9. duplicate email vaidation

    We provide monthly subscriptions with free trials. It would be nice if the email address was validated so users cannot register with same email more than once.

  10. When adding a yearly add-on to a monthly plan bill the add-on at the yearly value, once per year

    I bill customers monthly x$ per plan and $y, $x for some addons, however certain addons are yearly (e.g. the renewal of a domain name) this is an add-on that only needs to repeat yearly - it would be great if that add on showed up at its full value in the month it was added and then again 12 months later (not at the full price / 12 each month)

  12. Balance due for voided invoices on invoice list

    Currently the invoice list shows a balance due when an invoice is voided, this should be changed to $0

  14. Portal invite add cc or bcc. Also add to Email Notification

    Add the option to add cc or bcc to client portal email invite. We have a few clients stating they never received it and theres no way to track it.
    There is currently no option in under Email Notifications.

  15. Allow the same person to log into different company portals

    Right now, an email address can only be used in one portal. I have contacts who work for more than one company. They are only able to see one company portal, pay bills, etc. I need the ability for the same person (email) to be able to pay invoices and see information for multiple companies.

  16. Customer Balances

    To show the customer the overall balance remaining on their subscription from within the portal. I.e if they pay 10 weekly payments of £10 show £100 remaining and reduce this balance as they pay.

  17. Update all product/plan prices by a percentage.

    Once a year I increase/decrease my prices according to the rate of inflation (I believe a lot of subscriptions work in this way). I would like to be able to apply this increase to all products/plans or selected products/plans in one go instead of having to calculate the price increase for each plan and apply it individually.
