  1. Auto confirmation facility while reconciling available credits for a customer

    If a customer has done advance payment, an acknowledgement goes to the customer about the excess payment. But later when this excess payment is mapped against an invoice, there is no auto confirmation going to the customer that the excess payment is accounted against which invoice.

  3. Integrate With the NMI Gateway

    The NMI gateway is the largest white-label gateway supporting over 150 processors for Card and ACH. All transactions would be able to qualify for level 2 processing fees as well as 3D secure cart. NMI has what is called the gateway emulator which uses the Authorize.net code, you just need to switch the URL strings to point to NMI. This is a quick dev project for ZOHO.

  4. I would like to be able to query the API by customer and subscription at the same time

    Currently we can query the API for what I customer subscribes to but I would like to add the parameter of the subscription ID so that I do not need to loop through subscriptions to match on the one I am interested in.

  6. Add JSON export of subscriptions data to fetch them in same format as they arrive in subscription events

    Having such export with detailed JSON data about subscriptions in same format as subscription data arrives to webhooks or returned via "Retrieve Subscription" API endpoint will allow to fetch customer. card, custom fields and notes detailed information avaialble without tons of requests to Zoho API.

  7. Add created_time and update_time to batch exports for subscriptions

    Currently there is no a way to export values of createdtime and updatedtime (probably DateTimeOffset?) values when you making a batch export. This making a challenge if you need to process only new or changed subscriptions subset for some import procedure, e. g. to bigquery or other database for analisys without making many of requests to zoho to obtain.

  8. Allow to downgrade subscription plan from hosted page

    Hi,
    The user can upgrade his subscription from a hosted page, But he cannot downgrade the plan from the hosted page, it's only allowed in the portal.
    It would be great if he can downgrade his subscription plan from the hosted page.

  11. Optional Billing Date Change for Recurring Billing Plan

    We need to be able to change a billing date very quickly as a "ONE TIME" status. Instead of creating a new subscription, we need to be able to click on "Next Billing Date" and change it either a "One Time Change" Or "Recurring Change". This also needs to be able to move it Forward AND Backward in time. As ZOHO currently stands, you can't move a billing date forward in time. This is a major issue in the software.   12. Create URL with Coupon Code Added to Hosted Payment Page

    I would love to be able to create a URL with a Coupon Code to automatically be added to the hosted payment page - much like is already capable with the URL modification for Add-Ons functionality on hosted payment page.

    I have a few plans. One plan needs a custom field takes the customer's T-Shirt size. This is exclusively for this plan only, I dont want this custom field showing up anywhere else.

  14. Add a "Setup Fee" (Or similar) to Add-ons

    We want to be able to price an add-on like this: (Base Price) + (Recurring Amount per month/year). For doing maintenance on peoples equipment, this would be VERY helpful to charge people for maintenance plans on additional systems.

  17. Establish Min-Max values on plans and add-ons

    We would like clients to subscribe to our product with a minimum user of 5. We also want a maximum user limit for a specific plan after which client will have to switch to higher plan (next) that have unlimited users.
    On hosted page, minimum value should be taken into consideration for user not to enter value below same for max value.
