  3. options to enable/disable attatchment

    It will be great if you can provide options to Enable/Disable attachment for all or specific customers during Reminders, Invoice generate and other events in Email communication.

    Reason: Many corporate customers have strict IT policy of no outside email with attachment.

    Actual paid revenue report plan & date wise performance is good to have.

    Pricing is very sensitive subject and which plan is performing well is always a good insight for subscription business.

  6. Different Intervals for Training

    We need to have a subscription that lasts for under a month. Would like to set a special ending for our subscription. We want to do a 7 day trial. or a 1 day subscription. Like you can on stripe.

  10. Send Billing Email Reminder before Charging CC or ACH

    We Charge our customers on the first of every month for their Subscriptions. We would like to see a Notification Option to send the Customer their Subscription Detail and Total that will be processed on the 1st. Currently, customers only see this detail once the CC or ACH has been performed but we would like them to be notified as a FYI 15 days prior to the 1st of the month when ZOHO charges or debits the ACH.

    Adding products / plan can update the product data on Google merchant centre which helps discovering the products via search engines like Google.

  12. Report - Sum Totals

    On reports, there is a Total feature - if you click on it, it will give you a Record count.

    Can you also do a Sum Total of the report? For example, the total record count is 37 and the Sum Total is $10,500.00.

    I should not have to export the report to Excel to calculate the totals and calculate the totals manually.

  15. we use ZOHO SUBSCRIPTION to record the subscription to our magazines and there are employees that shall have visibility ONLY on the invoices

    we use ZOHO SUBSCRIPTION to record the subscription to our magazines and there are employees that shall have visibility ONLY on the invoices generated/related to subscription.

    What happens is that these employees have visibility over the full set of invoices recorded in ZOHO BOOKS (the full company accounting) and this quite wrong/inappropriate.

    It is important to set special properties/privileges to limit the visibility of some employees ONLY to the invoice for Subscriptions and not access financial data in BOOKS.

  16. Privacy & Newsletter checkbox for GDPR

    Hello, we integrated Zoho Subscription to our Automation Marketing Software (SALESmanago) by using Zapier.

    So, customers that make a new subscription are sent to this software to start receive newsletters.

    We are starting to make our internal changes to respect new GDPR rules for privacy, so to do what we are doing we need to create two new checkboxes (one for privacy and one for newsletters). I didn't find this feature on Zoho Subscription, is it possible to implement it?

  17. Use offline ticket printer

    I work for a Little mexican ISP, so far zoho seems like the best option to manage our montly payments/customer information data base, but I havent pitch this to my boss due to the lack of printer support, the system will be used mainly at the main office to take payments/check basic customer information, but arround 80% of our customers pay in cash and we print a ticket on a 58mm ticket printer, it would be cool to be able to get a print ticket option while taking a manual payment on the plataform, dont really need the suite to…

  18. Require BCC column in Email Templates

    Inorder to record a copy of the invoice in our mail, kindly include the BCC column in the Email Templates. This will be useful to save the mail sent, revert on the same mail and save the invoices for future use.
