  1. Select items from low stock level screen to create purchase order

    Select items from the low stock level screen to generate a draft purchase order. Given that a preferred vendor can be specified, it should be possible to view the low stock items screens select all the products that you want and add them either to an existing draft or create a new draft for each vendor.

    I manage my clients through CRM. I generate quotes in CRM. I want to manage inventory and delivery with Inventory. Currently you cannot take a quote generated in CRM and export the data into inventory. You also cannot export the CRM quote data into a CSV file and thus there in no way to get the CRM quote data into Inventory unless you manually enter it. I have been in contact with your help staff via chat and they have no solutions.

    Hi there,

    We have now enhanced our Zoho Books- CRM integration. We have an option to have a Zoho Finance module in CRM. With this option you will have the Zoho Books quotes module in CRM, we would request you to use this to create quotes instead of creating the quotes in the default CRM Quote module.

    Regarding having the quotes from CRM into Zoho Inventory module we currently do not have that option.

    As a workaround we would suggest you to enable the Zoho Inventory add on in Books. Since have quotes in Books which are integrated with CRM it will help you have all your data in one place.

  5. Allow custom fields at the Item Group level

    A lot of high level fields are common to all sub items - so rather than keeping this information at the item level it would be more convenient to allow it at the item group level - easier to search, list and review. At the moment there are three attributes that can be added at the item group level which then create the items beneath using those different varieties. But summary data - common to all items - would be better at the group level.

    Add more invoice terms - e.g. 20th of next month

    Hi,

    Many of the invoices I create in Zoho are due on a certain day of the following month, e.g. 20th of next month or 30th of next month. There is currently no option for doing this. I have to instead choose a custom date each time.

    Can you please make this available, so I can choose it as an option instead of manually choosing the dates each time?

  7. To Create and Develop as a Complete Point of Sales (PoS) Suite as an enhancement of ZOHO inventory

    PoS software suite will help any traders like Wholesalers, Retailers, or any Buying and Selling being carried out . I am personally following and would Suggest ZOHO to come out with POS suite which will take care of following (not limited to).
    - Inventory Management (Incoming and Outgoing, Stock management, Reorder Levels, Economic Order Quantities etc)
    - Any time Tracking of Materials in Logistics (Similar to Parts delivery Tracking in Ecommerce sites)
    - Barcode and RFID scanning mechanisms or compatibilities
    - Loyalty Points system for customers

  8. We have more than 3 attributes for our products - Need more attributes in Zoho

    In manufacturing, it is often the case that each product has more than 3 attributes - We need to enter these in Zoho for effective inventory management, and much faster Estimate creation.

  9. MPNs to allow all characters

    Currently, the MPN field does not allow dots (ie: ".") when editing an item and results in this error message: "Almost there, but... Invalid value passed for part_number"

    The field does however allow dots to be used if imported rather than manually added.

    This field should allow any string of characters.

  10. Multipel vendor sourcing - find lowest cost - quickest delivery etc

    I'd love to use your service, but from what I can tell, you do not offer supplier management. What I mean is, I have 5 different suppliers, maybe 3 of which each can supply a particular item. Each of those vendors has a different price, and different delivery times.
    When I go to re-stock, I want to see the supplier/vendor options for each item - I want to see price for sure. Anyway, so, when doing my re-stock task, I want to shop for all products, from all vendors, at the same time - and when completed, could end up…

  12. Allow Supplier Item Pricing in a Different Currency

    I distribute products from suppliers arounmd the world. Their price lists are not in my base but their local currency - USD, JPY, EUR etc.

    I need to be able to enter supplier currencies for each item. At the moment their prices have to be converted into the base currency. This means that when a Purchase Order is created in their currency the prices are always wrong (as exchange rates change) resulting in me having to manually update each price from a paper price list.

    This wastes a lot of time and could be avoided.

  14. Item tag (like product label or product tag) template for printing.

    We need an item tag template for printing accesible from the item menu and from the invoice/bill menu.
    We receive stock from an item and we need to stick a tag with basic informacion like price, name, description, sku code and ean code.
    We need to acces to template from item view (filter what you want to print and also print number of tags based on stock or manual copies) but also from bills or invoices view (we buy 40 units, we print based on the document 40 tags)

  16. Composite items can be put in other composite items

    This would make for better use in a manufacturing environment. Sub-assemblies are often used in a full assembly (composite item) so we would need a way to keep track of built or in stock sub-assemblies. We could do this if a composite item could be used in another composite item.

  17. Predictive search to operate on all words

    When adding items to a Purchase Order, the predictive text works very well for the SKU or the first words in the item name. However, this does not work for other words in the description and this would be helpful.

  18. Add Vendor field to inventory report so that it can be sorted/filtered by vendor or exported to excel

    Option to add additioanl fields to inventory reports such as Vendor or custom fields eg best before date. Ability to export this information to excel so it can be sorted by vendor etc for stock checking/re-order planning

  20. Zoho CRM Sales Orders integration with Zoho Inventory Sales Orders

    We use Zoho CRM to record new Sales Orders from customers. It will be great if the Sales Orders from Zoho CRM are synced to Zoho Inventory including the custom fields in Zoho CRM please.

    There was a confusion on the earlier comment. Zoho CRM Sales order and Zoho Inventory SO for now won’t integrate. With all existing capabilities and with more tax handling capabilities finance SO would be developed and Zoho Inventory would be made available from Zoho CRM interface.
