Create an Online Order Form (Wholesale)
Create an Online OrderForm where wholesale clients can ask for a re-stock through their portal.
Each time we get an order we need to add manually all items.- Client enters portal
- Sees all items
- Orders - We get the Sale Order
- We give a price from the price lists
- User pays - We ship.

why It's not possible to sell an item by boxes?
why It's not possible to sell an item by boxes or packets and the quantity reduces from the main unit for the item which is CTN cartoon?
The idea is making an option to determine the quantity of an item by more than one unit. for example by CTN as main unit, and Box as a Sub-unit, but the calculated or tracking for the item will be based on both of them.104 votes -
Zoho CRM Sales Orders integration with Zoho Inventory Sales Orders
We use Zoho CRM to record new Sales Orders from customers. It will be great if the Sales Orders from Zoho CRM are synced to Zoho Inventory including the custom fields in Zoho CRM please.
89 votesThere was a confusion on the earlier comment. Zoho CRM Sales order and Zoho Inventory SO for now won’t integrate. With all existing capabilities and with more tax handling capabilities finance SO would be developed and Zoho Inventory would be made available from Zoho CRM interface.

Weights at item level for packaging and shipping estimates
I'm a new user and am a manufacturer. We sell our products wholesale. We currently use a couple of different couriers that don't integrate with Zoho and a few different box sizes.
Currently, I raise the SO, Invoice, Packaging slip etc. in Zoho and book the shipping separately and enter the shipping details from my booking manually into Zoho. But, I end up under-quoting the shipping to the customer.

Global Amazon Channels Integration (UK - Germany - France - etc...)
I just looked at ZOHO inventory, it seems promising but we would not consider using it until it supports all the Amazon channels globally. We currently use BrightPearl and its does this very well.

Multipel vendor sourcing - find lowest cost - quickest delivery etc
I'd love to use your service, but from what I can tell, you do not offer supplier management. What I mean is, I have 5 different suppliers, maybe 3 of which each can supply a particular item. Each of those vendors has a different price, and different delivery times.
When I go to re-stock, I want to see the supplier/vendor options for each item - I want to see price for sure. Anyway, so, when doing my re-stock task, I want to shop for all products, from all vendors, at the same time - and when completed, could end up…41 votesThe idea has been moved to review status.

Shelf to Sheet Stock Taking
The main feature on the inventory is Stock Taking which is missing with Zoho. For example, I run restaurant. We take stock every day night after closing. We use Shelf to Sheet Stock taking method. So we count each item on the shelf and enter on the sheet. Inventory is not just billing alone as given here on Zoho.
If we have 100 items on shelf there should be method to count and enter the items on the app.

Allow Supplier Item Pricing in a Different Currency
I distribute products from suppliers arounmd the world. Their price lists are not in my base but their local currency - USD, JPY, EUR etc.
I need to be able to enter supplier currencies for each item. At the moment their prices have to be converted into the base currency. This means that when a Purchase Order is created in their currency the prices are always wrong (as exchange rates change) resulting in me having to manually update each price from a paper price list.
This wastes a lot of time and could be avoided.

Option for serial number entry while packaging and shipment
The inventory system should have option to enter the serial number while packaging and shipment and the system shall pick up the same while invoicing.
Because while sending the items to customer, we need to put the serial numbers in the document.

Limiting user to a particular warehouse(s). Very Urgent
I have multiple warehouse. I want user to access thier assigned warehouse only.
All User should not have the rights to create/edit/delete/view PO/BILLS/INVOICE etc of non assigned warehouse.
So, there should be some option using which we can assigned the warehouse to the user so that they can access their rights in particular warehouse only.Thanks.

Package-wise billing
if the invoice could be raised by referring to packages made, Partial shipments can be easily invoiced.
For eg.
a sale order contains 100 items. only 80 is available in stock and can be processed immediately.
Packages can be created for these 80 items.
If there is an option while invoicing to point to the items packed in the packages, the invoicer need not manually go through all the 100 items to deselected the 20 that is not being shipped. Saves a lot of time, especially for us where we despatch about 200 items everytime.27 votes -
issue debit note for returning reject goods
If some of the goods received do not comply to the dwg. then we have to issue a debit/Purchase credit note and return the goods with incurred expenses like cost of goods+transportation incurred proportionately. How to make debit note and also reduce the rejected qty from the inventory.

Predictive search to operate on all words
When adding items to a Purchase Order, the predictive text works very well for the SKU or the first words in the item name. However, this does not work for other words in the description and this would be helpful.
