  1. Allow purchasing report based on the Reference # so project managers can see what has been ordered, what is here, and what is not.

    We order equipment for the purpose of installation. A purchase manager orders the material and the warehouse receives it. Our project managers are the ones who needs to know what is here and what is not per project ( Reference #? ) I would like the Project Manager to be able to pull a Project Report, showing what has been ordered, what has been received and especially what is not received.

  2. Composite items are not reflected as inventory levels (sub items) qty on hand. This makes this a useless feature

  3. SKU information on package slip / shipment

    I am unable to retain and send SKU n# to out-sourced Warehouse management.

    I have my own outsourced warehouse and management system and send info via mail which SKU's to pack and shipping address info. Please update the "manual" shipment info and include SKU info next to the article name and quantity.

  4. Third-Party billing

    Allow for third-party billing through the UPS shipping integration. i.e. Have the ability to pack and ship an order, and have this shipping charged directly to the customers UPS account .

  5. Operate Online or Offline with Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice and Zoho Inventory. Possible?

    Can we have a Multi-User, Multi-Location, Multi-Store system where Customers can operate Offline and then End of the Day Sync Online.

    Customers can Operate Offline to do POS Sales or Generate Orders or Track Inventory or Generate Pending Reports.

  6. Integrate with a free sales tax lookup system like www.sale-tax.com.

    Alavara is very expensive and aggressive sales reps. :( very unhappy dealing with them. I just want a free simple sales tax lookup. I do my taxes myself but they refuse to let me have a login for that. I can only use the free web tool which won't integrate with zoho. Please integrate with their free lookup api, or pick another company that offers free tax rate lookups.

  7. available stock.

    In our system now we immediately can see these two data related to the stock: 1) stock on hand. 2) available qty which is calculated as stock on hand, + purchase - sales. There should be even a report which shows only thos items where the available qty calculated as above is below 0

  8. Different prices levels by Customers Groups

    Have you considered the have differents list of prices for the products defined by customers groups. Customers need to have a groups field and then exist different prices by customers groups

  9. Sync Payment Confirmation of Sales orders

    It would be much appreciated if when Zoho synced with eBay and Amazon it didnt just create Sales orders as most of the time the order is already invoiced by ebay/amazon and paid for before it even syncs. Its very confusing to the customer if they get an invoice from someone other than the shopping channel they purchased through, especially if they already paid, it will seem like we're trying to "double dip" from them and will earn negative seller reviews/scare them away

    so is there any way to get Zoho to sync that orders are already invoiced, paid for,…

  10. I would like to be able to see the Open Sales Orders for a Specific Item.

    The Item shows Purchase Orders but not open sales orders for a Specific item. This would be very useful.

  11. Allowing there to be a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a product

    You normally want to restrict some items to a minimum order quantity. It should be fairly straightforward to integrate this functionality. Thanks.

  13. separate item sync from item creation

    I would very much appreciate if when zoho synced with my ebay/amazon, it didnt create new items in my item groups and items, most of my listings are actually composite items and not singular in my inventory tracking

    Maybe include an option to create a list of items available for creation/linking when the program syncs but let me choose what happens

    Im open to suggestions and thanks for reading

  15. add integration with Google Shopping, Rakuten, NewEgg, Groupon and other marketplaces

    Adding more marketplaces will make Zoho more useful. Otherwise customers will have to use multiple inventory management tools to support various sales channels (not very convenient)

  16. Add contact or company name field to the "Ship to" address field

    There's no name associated with Ship to address field right now, may be different than the Bill to contact person or company name.

  17. Sales Order/Shipment visibility in the customer portal

    It would be beneficial for our customers to have visibility of their sales orders in process as well as invoice and estimates in the customer portal. Also it would be nice if the shipment details were included in the customer view as well. This way they can see from their portal shipments in transit, delivery dates etc.

  19. Sales Order stock blocking

    I suggest to add as a third option (besides upon packing slip creation or invoicing) to be able to block the stock when a sales order is raised, as this avoid the risk of having stock sold twice if there is a delay between the sales order and the delivery (some times for several weeks), in cases that the invoice is only send after the good arrival.

  20. warranty periods - automate mail shot to invite application for extended warranty

    Would like to track warranty period by item or composite item. Would like integration to CRM so can have a rolling Campaign to auto invite all customers with items coming out of warranty period an invitation to extend their warranty
