  7. Allow barcode verification that correct items/quantities are being packed.

    When packing items using the New Package screen it isn't possible to scan product barcodes as you pack them to verify you have the correct product.

    At present you have to read the product name/SKU in the list and trust that you've done several critical steps correctly. 1. Read/picked the right item. 2. Read/picked the right quantity. 3. Haven't skipped past any products. Normal human error means that those errors will happen over and over.

    There is a hack where you can store the barcode in the SKU field and use the ‘Select/scan items’ function, but there are multiple problems…

  8. Picklist confirmation

    Can there be a feature to create a item picklist for sales orders through zoho inventory?

    Currently, sales orders must be confirmed through zoho commerce in order to create a picklist for the sales order items through zoho inventory,

    This function will be much more efficient for manufacturers to have a one step process through one program application.

  9. Add "Discount Amount" to Invoice Details Report

    In order to understand better the amount of discount being provided in invoices, I would like simply to have this data available as a column in the Invoice Details Report.

  10. Low stock item of newly rised sales order

    When we get new sales order of some item but if we dont have a enough stock in inventory so please put those item in low stock item so purchase department can create purchase order.this can help between sales & purchase department without personal communication

  11. Automated the creation of a bundle (BUN-XX) for composite items bought via API.

    When a sale order with a composite item enters zoho inventory via API, a bundle for the number bought is created (while stocks last)

  13. provide a Royal Mail shipping integration

    You provide parcelforce (>2kg parcels) but not Royal Mail (<2kg parcels). Royal Mail is the default post service in UK and should be included.

  15. Create Packages & Shipments that show Sales Order qty, allowing customers to see what's been packed/shipped against original sales order

    Hi,

    We have some issues with the Packages / Packing List in Zoho Inventory.

    When we create a package and have some items that are not in stock at the moment, we currently need to remove these items from the Packing List before we create the Shipment, so that the Sales Order tracks that not all items are shipped.

    However, we don’t want to work this way, because it confuses our customers.
    Because when they receive a shipping confirmation with the Shipment List, the products that they ordered that are not in stock, do not show on the Shipment List.…

  16. Shipping Collect through Zoho

    allow me to use a customers account when shipping. I would like Zoho to work like it does for shipping but to be able to use our customers account. Currently for collect we have to go to the UPS website to ship collect them bring over the tracking number.

  18. Show Custom Fields on some PDFs, but not All PDFs

    At the moment you have only two choices for Custom Fields: their is the check box "Show in all PDFs". So you must include custom fields in either all or none of the PDF.

    For example, let's say you have an ITEM custom field (eg a harmonized tariff code) . We might want to include that on some PDFs but not all PDFs. When formatting templates for Sales Orders and Invoices, one should be allowed to choose which custom fields appear. Right now it is all or nothing.

  20. Enable report- open sales order by item- with filters

    HI, I would like to be able to run a report of all the items that are outstanding in sales orders. And then be able to filter them by customer. So you could then find all the things that one customer was waiting for and send them a report.
