Multipel vendor sourcing - find lowest cost - quickest delivery etc
I'd love to use your service, but from what I can tell, you do not offer supplier management. What I mean is, I have 5 different suppliers, maybe 3 of which each can supply a particular item. Each of those vendors has a different price, and different delivery times.
When I go to re-stock, I want to see the supplier/vendor options for each item - I want to see price for sure. Anyway, so, when doing my re-stock task, I want to shop for all products, from all vendors, at the same time - and when completed, could end up…41 votesThe idea has been moved to review status.

Item tag (like product label or product tag) template for printing.
We need an item tag template for printing accesible from the item menu and from the invoice/bill menu.
We receive stock from an item and we need to stick a tag with basic informacion like price, name, description, sku code and ean code.
We need to acces to template from item view (filter what you want to print and also print number of tags based on stock or manual copies) but also from bills or invoices view (we buy 40 units, we print based on the document 40 tags)Thanks

Add more invoice terms - e.g. 20th of next month
Hi,
Many of the invoices I create in Zoho are due on a certain day of the following month, e.g. 20th of next month or 30th of next month. There is currently no option for doing this. I have to instead choose a custom date each time.
Can you please make this available, so I can choose it as an option instead of manually choosing the dates each time?

Make bundles editable and able to be saved without enough stock for components, and can be edited & completed later
Our previous system let us edit bundles and in Inventory it's a big problem.
Introducing a draft mode would fix it. We can then use the bundle to keep track of manufacturing, then go back and edit things and finalize when we can.

We have more than 3 attributes for our products - Need more attributes in Zoho
In manufacturing, it is often the case that each product has more than 3 attributes - We need to enter these in Zoho for effective inventory management, and much faster Estimate creation.

Consignment Stock
To allow for consignment stock to be placed in resellers.
This stock is still to count towards our inventory value, but not be available for sale from our warehouse.
With reporting functions to show how much consignment stock is at different resellers.
This can also lead to a Consignment stock taking function on either a printed consignement stock take sheet, or on a mobile app for salespeople to visit customers and invoice and update stock while on premises14 votesThis is currently possible with the warehousing functionality and invoicing of the items directly from these warehouses. Warehouse and Point of Sales
Make it possible to have different branches or Point of sales for an organisation and to assign a sales person to a branch.
Stock should be transferred from one warehouse to different point of sales and also between point of sales .

Batch Tracking - Auto Populate Batch Items based on FIFO (Optional feature)
Have an option under Batch Tracking to allow ZOHO Inventory to automatically populate batch items for Item Quantity.
Practical Case:
Invoice and delivery note are generated first by the Organisation Sales Team, and then Warehousing would use the Batch Numbers on the Delivery Note to pick the appropriate items for delivery. This would be an additional feature to the one below, which is currently how Batch Items are allocated.
If a Batch Item doesn't exist physically, manual intervention would be required by the Organisation to edit invoices with the correct Batch Numbers, as is currently the feature.
Would really appreciate…

Custom fields to batch details in order to create specs per batch
it's mandatory for the food industry to add some more information to the batch details such as color description, moisture level, link to the images of the batch and more. as we are not selling products we are selling batches. this will help food companies to have better control over the batches they have in stock.

PACKAGES INTO INVOICES (BACKORDERS)
EASY,
1 Sale Order can have multiple shipments, we want to have one invoice for shipment.
Please add a button to create an invoice for every created package from a Sale Order.This is a serious problem when you're working on backorder basis.
This is something you guys should really consider because now you need to remove manually not shipped items from an invoice and this creates mistakes.

Automated drop ship support by product, by supplier.
I would love to see a scenario where we can select products which are always drop shipped, set a supplier that it is purchased/sent from and have the drop ship automated on approval.
Order comes in, has 2 items which drop ship from 2 suppliers, with 2 other items from inventory. Both those products are set to automatically be ordered for drop ship upon order confirmation.
SO is reviewed then set to confirmed in Zoho Inventory, PO is generated and sent to the drop ship supplier so that they can be sent easily.
This would remove some steps for merchants…

Import order / transfer Information with only SKU and Quantity column on CSV
The current IMPORT template has more than two columns. It takes more than 5 minutes to import a single order. With SKU and quantity column. The user only would need to scan all product's barcode on the SKU column and add quantity on the QUANITY column. Import the CSV so ZOHO automatically adds all information. Customer and warehouse location's information would be added manually. See Tradegecko's upload system to compare.

Edit Composite Items within Sales Orders
Problem: When adding a composite item to a sales order, we need to have that composite item be editable (within the sales order). Currently that's not possible, so if we have a customer that is placing an order for a composite item but wants to customize part of it, we can't accommodate it with Zoho Inventory.
Solution: we should be able to edit the Composite Items within the Sales Order view without altering the actual default composite item. This could be accomplished by pulling in the composite items as sub line items within the sales order.

Hi, wonder if it is possible to have an option / report to see the average purchase price for all the item bought?
