  1. Add a Merge Items feature just like the merge contacts feature in books

    that will help eliminate multiple titles for the same items that occur during merges and syncs.

  2. Create assemblies out of existing products from Shopify

    I use shopify and I've integrated both systems to track the stock of my products. However, I manufacture them, so I'd also like to track he material stock. I've seen the way of creating new item assemblies in zoho inventory, but I've not seen how to create assemblies from an existing product/item from shopify. The idea is to keep track of all materials in zoho inventory and do not upload that info in shopify. I'd like to know if it is possible to do that, and if not, if you would consider it as a future update.

  7. make an estimate in inventory like in Books

    In zoho books you can make an estimate and create an invoice from that estimate.
    We would like to see that you could make an estimate in inventory, convert to a sales order, and then make a package and/or invoice from there.
    (Alternatively, allow you to make a sales order from an estimate in Books, however it would be better to "live" in one system for the sales people rather than going back between Books and Inventory.)
    This is a very important feature as many companies require having a signed estimate in lieu of a purchase order for all orders.

  8. Item Management

    1.inventory items, non inventory items, and inventory groups.
    2. Part number, Manufacturer part #'s, Multiple Venders part numbers all for same item.
    3. Let me enter multiple venders pricing on same items.
    4. Allow easy search on downloaded database on mobile device for quick invoicing/estimating.
    5. Allow pictures with some items.
    6. Allow customized defined fields..... lots of them.

    In the initial view of Items (from the sidebar) - you can sort by Name - but cannot sort by SKU.

    Real world - you want to be able to sort by SKU

  10. Have Zoho Mail signature appear in purchase order email creation

    I live in the Zoho Cloud. When I have Inventory generate a PO email - I would like my Zoho Email Signature to be available.

  11. report to check timings between SO to Packaging etc

    Can we have a report which helps us to pull out Sales order to packaging. As this allows us to track the efficiency of an employee. Also for shipment to delivery.

  13. Labels codebar for each item

    Label template for each item with EAN codebar (stickers)
    In this template you must be able to configure fields like description, price, attributes... sizes starting at 3cmx4cm
    This label can be called individually (one by one on a single item) or from a document (invoice, purchase order...) printing as many labels as the number of units of each single item..

  14. Copy an Item

    Is there any way to duplicate an item? I am selling footwear and the same "Style Number" and features are used over and over but sizes are different. Would like to be able to copy items over and over and just change the sizes rather than start from scratch every time when creating a new item.

  15. Shelf to Sheet Stock Taking

    The main feature on the inventory is Stock Taking which is missing with Zoho. For example, I run restaurant. We take stock every day night after closing. We use Shelf to Sheet Stock taking method. So we count each item on the shelf and enter on the sheet. Inventory is not just billing alone as given here on Zoho.

    If we have 100 items on shelf there should be method to count and enter the items on the app.

    Unifaun is largest transport management solution on the Nordic market. Handles shipping orders to largest providers (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, DB Schenker, Post Nord etc.) and shipping labels.

  18. Allow purchasing report based on the Reference # so project managers can see what has been ordered, what is here, and what is not.

    We order equipment for the purpose of installation. A purchase manager orders the material and the warehouse receives it. Our project managers are the ones who needs to know what is here and what is not per project ( Reference #? ) I would like the Project Manager to be able to pull a Project Report, showing what has been ordered, what has been received and especially what is not received.

  19. Composite items are not reflected as inventory levels (sub items) qty on hand. This makes this a useless feature

  20. SKU information on package slip / shipment

    I am unable to retain and send SKU n# to out-sourced Warehouse management.

    I have my own outsourced warehouse and management system and send info via mail which SKU's to pack and shipping address info. Please update the "manual" shipment info and include SKU info next to the article name and quantity.
