Select items from low stock level screen to create purchase order
Select items from the low stock level screen to generate a draft purchase order. Given that a preferred vendor can be specified, it should be possible to view the low stock items screens select all the products that you want and add them either to an existing draft or create a new draft for each vendor.

Also include an option, when viewing low stock items, to exclude those items that are already on an active (open) purchase order.
