Adjust orientation of scanned receipts
The scanner obviously does this itself so why not resave the image so it is presented the right way. Or allow the image to be rotated once scanned.

Allow currency rates to be auto-increased
Credit cards often put a surcharge on the conversion rate. A company policy could be set to allow the exchange rate used to be the "official" rate plus x% to compensate.

Add a Customized Login Screen
I suggest you add a customized login screen with the ability to add your company logo. This is important for security reasons. Our employees often receive spam emails, so we do not want them to think that Zoho Expense is a phishing email when they are added to the site or asked to login. Our logo gets printed on our expense reports, so it would be nice to have it on the login screen as well.

Fetch the merchant details from card transaction.
The transaction details will contain the merchant details. That has to be fetched by the application and the merchant should be chosen automatically.

Leads in Zoho CRM should be synced with Zoho CRM. A lot of expenses will be incurred for leads and that needs to have an approval workflow.

GST Seperation
1- Can we have a report which shows receipt with GST claims and non GST claims .

Lock the changes in an expenses if the approver made changes.
If an approver make any changes in the expense in a report, the submitter shouldn't be able to recall the report and undo the changes done by the approver.

mileage tracker auto starts
It would be nice if the GPS mileage tracker auto logged all of your trips, and all you had to do was categorize. And the app gave you a notification to remind you to categorize your trips
Similar to how an app like Everlance (www.everlance.com) works

Add "Associated Tags"
We use Tags on Zoho Books, and one of our employees has a lot of expenses for the whole company so needs his transactions to go to various tags. Please add that feature!

Create a travel request form that goes through approval process.
We would like to utilize ZOHO expense for an initial travel request from employees that would be approved prior to booking. The person who has final approval will also be the person booking the travel. Once the travel has been booked, it will automatically create the expense inside of ZOHO. Currently, CONCUR expense has this feature, but I would rather stay inside ZOHO if possible.

We have Trips module in Zoho Expense. I have enabled it for your organization.
Using the Trips module, the users can raise trip requests and send them for approval. All the travel details can be mentioned in the trip request.

We would like to see a feature which would allows to pre-approve budget for travels. Budgets can then be compared with Expense Reports
Allows users to submit budget requests and then approve those budget requests to compare with expenses.
